+ -1 moreWhen the ordered was placed I was told it would be coming from Michigan so it would take two weeks. Two weeks pass, I call and still no foam. I’m told to just wait. Almost five weeks later, I call and it’s still not here. After pressing the owner, I’m finally told that they were never ordered! The first excuse was that he didn’t have the money to order it. Well, I would have been happy to pay upfront, but that wasn’t an option at the time. The next excuse was that they couldn’t order foam for less than $500. Well, if that was the reason, then why take the order in the first place! I trusted this company with my business because my parents had used them several times, but that was the early 2000’s. I just can’t comprehend why I was lied to so many times.DONT USE THIS BUSINESS, THEYRE LIARS!

+ -1 morePeople were professional and pleasant to work with. Had a large upholstered chair reupholstered in new fabric. Covering was nicely done. Seat cushion foam replaced. Not certain, however, that the chair back padding was replaced. The seats of four antique pub table chairs were replaced with leather. Nice job was done. Chairs look fantastic!
