Brown Heating and Air got right to work, ordered the new furnace and had it in place by the next day.

They're our regular services providers. This last time they inspected both the heating air conditioning.They replaced the filter and some other parts anmd just cleaned it. We've been using them for a couple of years. Their prices seem very reasonable. They seem to know exactly what they're doing. They always get the fix that we need done. Their prices always seem reasonable to me.They're very thorough. When they write up your bill they, they write it out in detail everything they checked and did. We have a good record of what they did.

Back in January of this year, our furnace completely went out on like one of the coldest days of the year. We had snow. We had cold. The whole deal. They came very promptly and they found out a major part of our furnace had failed, a circuit control board.They had to order that part but it came soon. They knew how to replace that major part. They had to convert it to some extent so that it would fit in the whole furnace. It was very skillfully done. They never leave any mess. We always pay them when they are here. We write them a check right away. They figured out that it was this major part that had to be replaced. They promptly got that, managed to get it converted to fit our old furnace. This was a major part and I think they hunted around to get the best price on that part they could. We're very happy with both of them. We're very happy and we want to stick with these new guys.

Great job from start to finish. Will never use anyone else. Their prices are reasonable too!

I was concerned after ARS told me I needed to replace my 2 AC units and gave me a price of $15K to replace them, so wanted to get a 2nd opinion. Brown's came out and looked around the units and reminded us we need to ensure to cut the bushes around the units. They also discovered a very small leak that was fixed with a $5 valve which they didn't even charge me for (ARS told me it was leaking and the best option was to replace the unit rather than fix the $5 part). Since the unit had been leaking since last year, I was sure I was going to need a recharge, and it didn't even need it, so the $5 valve was probably the problem. They checked everything and charged me for my maintenance. Even said the units can probably go another couple of years. I am so glad I got a 2nd opinion. I much prefer someone forthcoming and honest rather than people out for the almighty buck. I will continue to use them each year and will probably use them to replace the units when their time comes. Our upstairs AC unit stopped putting out cool air. Called Brown Heating. Bobby, the owner called and was here within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Being an Engineer, I followed Bobby around and asked lots of questions. He cheerfully answered all my questions while he worked. I had a compressor replaced 6 months earlier under warranty. First I asked how much he charges for that service and he said $300. I about spit nails because ARS had done the job in two hours for $700. Since that time, Family and friends have used Brown's for service on four occasions and were always pleased with the work done. Brown's is the only company I will call, as I feel that I have found an honest, competent service provider.

We had a great experience with Bobby and crew. They charged a fair price and did the work promptly and properly. We highly recommend them.
