They did amazing. The worker were quick and thorough and were very conscientious about picking up any trash and nails. I highly recommend this roofing company and would gladly work with them again.

The communication regarding the replacement was great prior to the work being performed and the day of said performed work. The company charged for wood without proof wood was replaced and without mentioning it needing to be replaced. I then spend an hour arguing with their office of their bad communication to be told “I would have waived the fee but you threatened us with a bad review.” Very poor customer service after the work had concluded. I should have been more diligent in finding someone for our roof and it looks great but I’ll never do business with them again because of their post installation communication and professionalism.

Excellent and done very quickly. Fixed a problem that many others could not. I will use this company again.

He was supposed to come just to do an estimate but it was such a simple fix he was able to take care of it on his first visit. He was great, he also checked to make sure that there was no moisture whatsoever so I was really glad that he could tell so that I could sleep soundly at night

We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The team from All about roofing worked together very well and made for a seamless install. Every effort was made to ensure our happiness with the job. I can be very particular about things being done right and don't like relying on others to work on my house, but am more that satisfied with the work done, plus they replaced the entire roof in only 2 days. I had some special requests and was told that it would not be a problem. The workers were polite and knowledgeable and cleaned up well when the work was done. I am very pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail provided by All About Roofing.

Beautiful job. Owner came to make estimate. He is courteous and easy to talk to. We chose Landmark Architectural shingles, a more expensive product. First day, 6 men were on the roof, removing shingles and putting up new. There were enough shingles for 2 men to work the beginning of the second morning. Additional shingles arrived that afternoon. Two men finished the job by lunchtime the third day. They cleaned up their mess each day! Gutters were installed another week, when it was not raining!

They said that they would send someone out to look at the roof on a Friday. I heard nothing back from them until I called them on following Wednesday. They said that the roof was wet and they wanted to come back out the following Friday to get measurements for total roof replacement. It is not four weeks later and I have not heard anything else from them.

Jeremy is very friendly, but that is about it after that there was no contact. We signed the contract for work to be done on 6-15-16 for work to be done not started until 8-09-16. In between there was no contact from them, my wife would call for updates otherwise there was nothing. Installation crew was wonderful came went about there work and got it done except for one piece which they put on about a week later. Power exhaust fan is anything but it barely runs and really is a waste of 350.00. People in the office were not very friendly or helpful. Bottom line if you don't care when it gets done and you don't care if the company does not communicate with you about your job then they your company but if you want communication and get the job done promptly go somewhere else.

These is an excellent agency with determination to serve in a professional manner and get the job done. I was so impressed, and the technicians were a pleasure to work with. My roof is 15 years old and I expect to have roofing needs in future, and I definately will turn to All About Roofing with all confidence.

They didn't fix the leak. So we called them back. They came out and redid it plus something else that they found. They fixed it for free. They were very very nice about it. The owner came out. The crew was very professional. We chose them basically because they were the only ones that could come out right away. Everybody else wasn't interested in doing the job or were too busy. They acted like they were very knowledgeable. Based off of their truck, it looked like they were equipped to handle just about any job that would come along whereas with the other ones, if you looked at their little pick up truck, they didn't have a ladder on it. The price was reasonable.

We had a new metal roof put on our home. We needed numerous boards replaced on the roof and new gutters also. The provider was up front about the costs. They were timely with their work and I was very impressed with their professionalism. They did an excellent job on the roof and they cleaned up very well. They answered any questions I had and were very polite and courteous. I have used them before for a rental property and they were wonderful then as well as this time. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Summary: They did an excellent job. I am very pleased and gladly recommend this firm to others. Both the owner and the installation crew members wanted to know what I expected and made sure I was happy. Details: After years of repairing my existing, poorly installed, shingle roof myself, I decided to replace it with a new metal roof and to be very involved in the details of the installation. I found several metal roof manufacturer's installation instructions on line and contacted four roofing contractors. When each one came to call, I asked how they recommended that the new metal roof be installed. Two of the four, recommended that the old single roof be left in place and the new metal roof be installed on top of it. Despite their low price quotes, I discounted them. Of the remaining two, one contractor's representative was unable to provide details about the metal roof installation process. Jeremy, of this company, confidently answered all my questions and sent me a very detailed quote. Drawing from the manufacturer's instructions, I added even more details, he approved them, and we signed a contract. On installation day, Jeremy accompanied the crew, brought along a copy of our detailed contract and reviewed it with the foreman before leaving. Despite watching the installation process, after the crew left, I identified what I believed to be the improper placement of a small number of screws. The following day, Jeremy agreed to apply additional calk to those screws. Throughout the process, all employees were pleasant and professional. The only (small) issue I can identify concerns communication. When I signed the contact, Jeremy told me that the work would be scheduled to be performed in about a month. The work was actually performed twelve weeks later. I was in no hurry, so the timing was no issue. However, after the initial scheduled date passed, I would have liked for them to have initiated contact to keep me up to date on the schedule.

They were beyond fabulous. Not only do I have more character and integrity than any other company I've had dealt with in years. There was a misunderstanding between the estimate and installation and they didn't have to do anything extra. They insisted and they went above and beyond what they should do. Dealing with them was one of the pleasurable experiences I have ever had. They wanted to take out the weather. They needed to install earlier than what we had initially planned. They were willing to work on that. They were willing to work. They damaged some of the flashing a week after they did the new roof. They told me not to worry about it and they fixed the flashing for me. They did an excellent work on the roof that they didn't agree to do but they didn't charge me for it. The quality of the work was so good. They went above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy as well as to maintain their reputation. They even suggested a metal roof because they could install them cheaper than they could. They made suggestions for the roof that ended up actually saving the money on installation. They have a 40-year warranty on the roof and a 10-year warranty on the installation. I would recommend everything about them. They are courteuos and knowledgeable. They have integrity. The quality of their product is superior. They don't try to hide anything. They're just good people. The crew that they had doing it were the sweetest guys. They were amazing. When they left, I couldn't even tell that they're in here. They made sure that everything was cleaned up and taken cared of. They're an A+++.

I called for an appointment. It was over a week before the person came to evaluate the roof. I did not receive a call back. I called the receptionist twice to find out the details and cost. She stated, the repairman was "busy" and would call me back. I called at least two more times and could not get an answer. Actually I am not for certain if the repairman even went to look at the roof! By this time I decided to go with another vendor.

I RECIEVED THREE ESTIMATES FOR A METAL ROOF ON MY HOUSE. ALL ABOUT METAL ROOFING WAS THE 2ND BEST PRICE, BUT AFTER TALKING WITH JEREMY, I FELT CONFIDENT IN SELECTING THEM TO DO THE JOB. I AM GLAD THAT I DID. NOT ONLY DID HE KNOW ABOUT HIS BUSINESS, I COULD FEEL THAT HE WAS AN HONEST PERSON. AS BAD AS THE WEATHER HAS BEEN, I REALLY WASNT EXPECTING THEM TO GET IT DONE AS QUICKLY AS THEY DID. THEY CALLED ME ON FEB 5TH CAME ON THE 6TH WAS FINISHED ON THE 7TH. THEIR CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTIOUS AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. IT WAS A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH. IT LOOKS GREAT. MY WIFE IS VERY HAPPY. (MAIN THING). I called them on a Saturday during a storm. They called me back first thing Monday and promptly arranged an in home estimate. The representative arrived on time and gave an estimate. The job was completed the next day while I was at work. Great service. Price was a bit more then others, but I went with them due to the promptness of their response.

They performed the work exactly as estimated and were completed much faster than expected with outstanding clean up and follow through. The estimator (owner) recommended the type of shingle and color based on the house, existing roof color, and neighborhood. His recommendation was the one we agreed on, and he was obviously right as the new roof looks great! We realize we may have paid more than if the roof had been replaced by a competitor, but felt since our roof is the first level of defense against the elements, quality was the primary consideration - which All About Roofing is known for.

They went above and beyond the work that I asked for. I had a very steep roof and they did work no one else would tackle. Their office staff was helpful and always accessible. I never got a recording. They always made sure I got a call-back if they weren't available. They explained their work thoroughly to me. They identified issues with the roof after the inspector was in the house that he missed. I would absolutely trust them with my roof anytime. w

They were good. They were prompt and did what they said they were going to do. Their price was reasonable and they showed up on time.

I was very impressed with each step of the process. I called and they made an appointment for me and told me the name of the person who would be coming out and that they would contact me about an hour before the appointment to confirm. One hour before the appointment, I received the call and the name of the person coming to my house was confirmed. The technician arrived right on time. He was very friendly and professional. He performed the work quickly and did a great job. I really liked that they told me who would be coming out and that they called an hour before the appointment. I also really appreciated their promptness. Even though this was just a small repair job, I think they treated me as well as if it had been a large project.

Jeremy arrived on time and was very professional. Fairly quickly he was able to find the source of a leak in our roof (rotting seal around a roof vent). He quickly made the repairs and we have had no trouble with the leak since then.
