+ -1 moreFair. The owner did not fix the problem and refused to fix it. Still have problems with the computer not starting.
Description of Work: Installed a registry cleaner/ antivirus program and removed a virus.Problem solved why the laptop would not start.

+ -1 moreI AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE DVD BURNER. THEY ARE THE ONLY COMPANY I TRUST TO SERVICE MY COMPUTER. I WANT TO MAKE SURE IT IS DONE RIGHT. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A DVD BURNER INTO MY COMPUTER. THEY ALSO DID SOME SERVICING TO IT TO MAKE SURE I DID NOT HAVE AN VIRUSES OR ANYTHING.
