The crew of 3 showed up on time and were extremely professional, efficient, and polite. They did a wonderful job. As this Angie's List deal was for 6 hours of cleaning, I pointed out which rooms were most important. They did all that I expected and more!

Laura and her team did an excellent job. They arrived a little late but with all of their equipment and supplies completing the work very efficiently. My house is clean and smells great. I am glad I booked ABC Angels Cleaning. Thank you Laura.

Unprofessional attitude and comments ruined a great experience. Laura made her initial contact with me on July 7, 2016 via text message regarding a date and time. I responded immediately and asked her to give me a call at 10:30am so we could discuss the date, time and some particulars, but she never called me. Three days later, I contacted her via text message advising she had never responded to my request and that I needed to speak with her if she planned to come out on July 14, 2016 @ 8am. We finally had a phone conversation, with her answering my questions and set the date and time for July 14 @ 8am. The package I paid for was for 3 people for 2 hours of cleaning for a total of 6 hours. ABC arrived this morning wit 4 people to do my home at 8am. After the initial walk through, they got to work around 8:10am. Pros: They did an excellent job cleaning my home from top to bottom. Besides Laura, there was 2 men and another young lady. After seeing what I needed to be done (which wasn't very much), they went to work and knocked out my upstairs and worked their way down stairs. All 4 of them stayed together in one area the entire time. The work done upstairs was exactly what I requested and I was impressed. They finally made their way downstairs around 9:10am. This is where ABC Angels lost my business. Cons: At approximately 9:20am, Laura tells me that they only have 10 mins left on the job and began rushing with the cleaning. The attention to detail by her was gone and she was rushing to finish by 9:30am. I informed her that I paid for the job to be done in totality and that counting the minutes was not something I thought was necessary. She informed me that I paid for 6 hours of cleaning and she had 4 people for 1.5 hours each. She spent 5 minutes debating with me, while all the other workers were working hard to get my home cleaned. At 9:20, she had 20 minutes left and was on the verge of having a repeat customer for a long time. By 9:25, that opportunity was gone and the entire mood in my home had changed. She rushed them out of there so fast, that she didn't even let me give the workers the tip I had for the hard work and great job. She didn't even take a moment to apologize for her actions. Due to the lack of professionalism, unless the returned without Laura, I would not use them again and that is truly sad. They did a great job cleaning my home.

Absolutely fantastic job. They were much more thorough than other cleaners I've had, and very polite. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Amazing. Called ahead to confirm appointment. On time. Overall a fantastic job. Polite, professionals. I have a small dog who sheds quite a bit....but they didn't mind. Plan to use them again.......I've asked for a 2x monthly quote! Hope to have a nice long-term relationship.

It went very well. They arrived and got to work right away. I was very impressed with how thorough the service was. They even changed a shower curtain I had trouble with due to my disability. Very nice people.

They arrived early and were ready to go to work at the scheduled time. I have been battling an illness for 3 years and was unable to keep up with cleaning my house. They came in and made my house beautiful. I cannot believe how clean and pleasant my house is now. They definitely have the correct name. Laura and crew are indeed angels and they put their hearts in their work. I am tremendously pleased with the magnificent job they performed. Anyone would be fortunate to allow them to come into their home and work their miracles. They were so friendly and caring also. Thank you Laura and crew for the amazing job!

She never showed up or even called to tell us whether she could make it or not. I called again and made another appointment and informed Laura that my wife has been ill and we needed help. Again we let her set the date and time and once again no show, no call, or text...

They were fine. I would not use them at this moment because I found another company that I contracted with.

Deep clean of approximately 1800 square foot home. Timely and responsive to set up date for cleaning. Thorough cleaning and very pleased with result.

They cleaned everything! The shower looked great, the floors, windows and blinds. I was very pleased and will have them return.

I thought that their work was very well done. My house shines now for Our Easter celebration. I felt very comfortable with the crew in my home. They were very friendly, asked me to show them around our home, and when the work was completed, I was given a walk through and shown what was done.

I had bought a deal with them before and they did excellent! This last time, they were supposed to be here from 2:00-3 and didn't get here til 5:00. They seemed like they rushed through the job. There were supposed to be 3 for 2 hours but were only there for an hour.

Couldn't have gone better. They breezed in performed their work and out they went. I purchased 6 hours of cleaning so 3 individuals tackled the tasks just under 2 hours. Very impressed!

They thoroughly clean every room in my house. They do what is normally expected with a few things that I did not experience with other cleaning services. In addition to dusting the blinds, they raise them and clean the inside window panes. The staircase and railings are hand wiped. When I requested it, they also cleaned my chandelier. My hardwood floor have never looked better.

I purchased their coupon for service and at their request suggested (3) optional days I'd like service. After I paid, the system said someone would be in touch by 3/2...I had to reach out on 3/3. They offered me one day, Monday...that was only option and Monday's didn't work for me. When I explained they said, "we understand and offered (2) different Mondays?? When I said I wanted a refund I never heard back. I would say very inflexible, especially since I was looking for full time provider it might have been a good idea to work with me a bit more. I sought help from Angie's List to get my refund and they were very helpful

This is the third time I have used ABC Angels to clean one of my homes. As always they were on time, professional, and did a great job. The home they cleaned was a 113 year old home that needed a thorough cleaning. After they were finished the house was brighter, smelled much better, and looked fantastic. They are good people and I would recommend them to anyone.
