Zack callled me at 8 AM and said he'd make me his first stop and would be there in 30 minutes. Arrived right on time, diagnosed and replaced faulty compressor capacitor, ran system and checked pressures, and was done in under 30 minutes! System now running great! GREAT service, very friendly, reasonable prices, and very punctual. Showed me defective parts and answered all questions. Will be using him for annual check-ups and any new problems.
Description of Work: Compressor not running. Alert button said faulty capacitor. Left message at 10:30 PM last night for service call.

When I first spoke with Zack he was on his way to an appointment and he wanted to come the next day in the afternoon since he already had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 am. I told him I would not be home in the afternoon so he said let me come in the morning before my appointment and just look at it for you at no charge. I told him if he promised he was coming at 8:00 then I would be sure to be up, because I'm not normally up at that time in the morning. He said he would make it 8:15 and that would give me a little more time. OK, I am already impressed before I even meet him. The next morning he is here a few minutes ahead of schedule. He was very professional. HE WAS INTERESTED IN HELPING ME WITH MY PROBLEM. He removed the panels on the side and the top and showed me the coils from the top view which were dirty. Then he took the electrical box out so that he could see the trunk line behind it. The trunk line was holding up good. It was clean in there. Zack always wanted me to see what he saw. I love that!! I recently had removed the insulation from the side panel and needed it replaced. He said he had a roll of it and would drop me off a 4X4 square of it the next day at no charge. This guy is unbelievable!! After replacing all the panels and screws I asked him how much I owed him for coming out and told him it was worth a million bucks to me because I SAW the inside of my unit and trunk line. He said, $.00. He said if you decide to clean those coils you call me and I'll clean them and you can pay me for my work, because I didn't do anything this morning. I tipped him $20.00 and he took it graciously and said, "Thank you." He was here about 30 minutes. I will call him when I get back off vacation to clean the coils. I am so excited to finally have someone I trust to be honestly concerned about my needs!!
Description of Work: I have had a smell coming from my ductwork this summer when the unit first comes on. I thought my trunk line had come loose and needed to be reattached. Zack took the side panel off so he could look into the unit. He also lifted the top panel up so he could see that side of the coils. He also removed the electrical box on the side.He showed me all that he saw.
