+ -1 moreI spent $23 000 with him and once he got my instillation done and there were some issues to be worked out and the service after the sale really fell off. It was kinda like he was moving onto bigger and better things. I was in customer service and if someone spent $23 000 with me they would be at the top of my list and if they call back with an issue I would be right there. I will only use him for warranty service in the future. He installed a bunch of grass and it got fungus. He said that he won’t treat it because it was not covered under warranty. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him to service my $23 000 install.
