+ -1 moreContacted Noblin because of a review on Angie's list. All phone contacts for scheduling were business-like and helpful. Service was completed on the desired date in a professional manner. The experience was completely satisfactory.
Description of Work: Contracted for annual HVAC service agreement for vacation home. System had no routine service in 5 years other than emergency calls. Scheduled an AC maintenance for our first 2013 visit. Technician cleaned coils of both outside compressor and under house unit. Checked applicable electronics, freon and general operation of system. Replaced one capacitor that was failing, removed a nonfunctioning electrostatic air filter and installed a new thermostat as requested. Recommended replacing one marginal capacitor on Fall service call.

+ -1 moreKeith Noblin is an extremely nice man. He was punctual. He was comfortable answering all my HVAC related questions. He suggested a solution for my needs that no other company had offered and honestly, I sincerely think it was the best solution given. He suggested doing away with the split system, cutting a hole in the foundation for a packaged heat pump unit then running a trunk line the length of the house to eliminate air flow problems. It will be easier to service and easier to replace down the road. It is a wonderful solution. He did take the time to measure all the rooms and do a load calculation. His thoroughness deserves serious consideration as a contractor for the job.
Description of Work: Came to give an estimate on a replacement heat pump system and duct work for the home.
