The work was done fast, as always. B&J Heating has done all of our A/C and furnace work for over 20 years. Consistently responsive, professional and a genuine pleasure to do business with. This happened to be a small job but we have worked with them on big jobs as well.

B&J Heating and Air are wonderful at what they do. Very professional, responsive, polite, conscious of when you may need minimal work done due to cost concerns, and they are very honest. Our old Trane finally started leaking Freon and because this was so old, the Freon was the older kind, making the parts very expensive. Most of the previous work Ben and his team have had to do on my old Trane was covered under the manufacturer warranties. My old Trane was installed when my house was built and almost immediately began having issues. Something different was always breaking or not functioning properly for a good 5-8 years. After about 8 years everything had been perfect, just needing regular maintenance checks. Then the last year or so the Freon started leaking and we needed Freon to replaced more frequently that it was time to make a decision. Ben was very quick to provide costs for repair and replacement. He offered a couple of different quotes for replacement of the Trane, if we wanted to go that way. Since the original system was 15 years old and had so many issues in the beginning, we didn't want to just repair and hope everything would stay perfect for another 5 years... we decided to get a new Trane. Ben and his team showed up right on time and got to work. Everyone was professional, nice and the new system is wonderful. I always recommend B&J Heating and Air to anyone who needs work done, they will always be the only ones who get to touch the new Trane as well. Thank you Ben!

Great job Ben and one other employee were out to our house three times. Each time they were professional, and very communicative. The project had some complications, all were resolved very quickly and everything looks fine. Quick and efficient work, little disruption to our daily routine, and thorough clean-up made this job the best one yet in our upgrades. These folks also service my heating systems, all three of them. No problems at all.
