R&G did 3 appliance repairs for our 2 rental cabins a noisy refrigerator in one and a stove control panel replacement and refrigerator panel replacement both in another rental, I should mention the reason for the replacement is that the guest over the years push way too ho*** ** the buttons and caused the damage. The 2 professional technicians that R&G sent out did a wonderful job and we are very pleased, We will continue to use R&G in the future.

Phoned R & G at 8:10 am today and they were at my door by 11:30 am. Prior to arrival Ron called to be sure it was ok to come earlier then he originally had indicated he would arrive. My freezer drain was plugged up and there was a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer. Ron and Byron had it repaired and cleaned up in short order. While Byron was working on the freezer I asked Ron if he cold fix a problem I had with my oven. He took care of it tat no additional cost to me. The entire bill was $64.05 which I feel was more then reasonable. I will absolutely call R & G Appliance Repair should I have any problems in the future.

This provider went to my home and looked at the refrigerator and assessed the problem and cost of repair. When i asked if he guaranteed his work and did he use new parts he gasped. When i said whats wrong he said i feel like i am being interrogated. I said im just making sure i am getting what i pay for and then this is the deal killer for me. He says "I DONT N***** RIG THINGS". I thought to myself who is this guy and why would he say this to a customer. At any rate i let him know i would no longer need his services and would find someone else. Then my tenants informed me he was extremely rude and seemed to be put out.

Well it turned out that the outside vent was just blocked by the cage that goes over the flap on the outside. I had recently cleaned the outside vent and replaced the cage that goes over the vent. Ron told me that the cage can cause the flap to close so that the clothes can't dry. Ron had me dry a wet towel and it dried right away. The refridgerator continued to leak water on the top rack. Ron said that the drain was plugged up, so he took the part apart that had the drain in it and cleaned the drain. No more leaking . He only charged me for a service run, nothing for fixing the two appliances.

When my fridge was holding at 60 deg. and the freezer was still frozen Sears was called first and they said it would be $120.just to come out and it would be 3-4 days before they could come. I called R&G and the girl that answered the phone asked for the symptoms and she then got Ron on the phone and he walked me through a repair that I could do myself and would cost me nothing, before ever trying to get me scheduled for his repair service. I did the dismantling of the freezer compartment as he instructed and got the coils all defrosted and the fridge was cold again and it only cost me some time. Then about a week later it started to happen again so I called back and talked to Ron again and he said if it's doing it again it needs a new controller, a part he had in stock and he came out the next day and fixed it in less than half an hour. He has a standard service charge of $60, that's it. Ron does not charge an hourly labor charge on top of the service call, only the cost of the part is additional. This seems more than fair to me. Then the fact he took the time and had the patience to explain to me how to fix it myself for free before even considering a service call proves to me he is there to help the customer first, unlike some others that just want your money. It is rare to find a repair man that puts the people before the profits. I highly recommend Ron to anyone wanting a fair and honest repair man.

Couldn't ask for more. They know what their doing.

He was prompt, courteous, and professional. His price is reasonable. He also vacuumed the dust behind and under the washer as well as using windex on the floor. Last year he replaced an ice maker. He also took the time to vacuum behind the refrigerator. We will call Ron again as well as recommend him to friends.

Charged $125 for a USED part and $60 for labor, said everything was fine and when I attempted to wash clothes water started pouring out of the front of the washer. I immediately called him back to tell him it was still broken and he did help us turn it off and gave us another thing to try to the back of the washer and said to call him back if this did not work. It did not work but once we had called he had already left the office (5:10pm). He came back out and looked at it again and said it would require another $150 part plus $60 labor so altogether it would have cost me $395 to fix an older washing machine so I called to tell him I would just buy a new one instead and requested I just pay him for the labor and he come back to get his part. He never called back after two attempts to call and today he finally cashes the check I wrote initally for services. I attempted to call him once more to see what input he had on the situation. I spoke with the owner and he was rude, had a condesending tone the whole conversaiton and kept repeating and quot;what would you like for me to doand quot; multiple times instead of listening and understanding the situaiton. Finally his resolution is he will come back to get the part but he will charge me $60 to come back to get it because and quot;he wont get in his truck and drive out for lessand quot;. I would have been content with paying the full amount had he addressed the situation like a business owner and helped resolve the problem, instead of acting like I had no right to be upset about the service. He said and quot;he has a good reputation in this townand quot; and knows he prices his parts accordingly. I will never use this service again and I will make sure people know my experience with this vendor.

After waiting a couple of days on a call-back, I was becoming skeptical. But, when I spoke with Ron, he led me through some diagnostics, including a reset that would have saved me a bill, if it had worked. Unfortunately, the reset didn't work. But he told me he would have to order the control pad, but would call when the part arrived. I was surprised when he called the next day to arrange a time to show up at my house to install the part. The install went very smoothly and the dishwasher is once again functional. Ron's and quot;dishwasher-sideand quot; manner was very cordial and professional.

The repairs went great as always, I have used this company in the past and I will continue to use them in the future. The knowledge about appliances across such a broad spectrum is amazing, and they can pretty much tell you what is wrong with your appliance over the phone if you diagnose the symptoms correctly. They were able to disassemble my washer while it was still in the mud room without making a huge mess and then they had the part right on the truck to fix it, so the process went quickly and my washing machine was back to work in no time. The service call fee was more than reasonable and the price of the part is going to be the same just about wherever you go. They even gave me a few tips on how to keep my washing machine and dryer running better! These guys are great, give them a call for any of you appliance needs!

Washing machine stopped working, we called them because they were local. Arrived when they said they would, spent approximately one hour on the repair, knew exactly where to look and what was going on by what we told them. We felt the $65 charge was more than reasonable. Extremely satisfied with their service, and will definitely call on them again if and when we need appliance repairs.
