Description of Work: He responded to our call about a well pump not working on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Over the phone he diagnosed the problem, told us how to fix it, and didn't charge for the advice.

Description of Work: Repaired a broken pipe in a rental house from zero degree temp, then re plumbed the whole house. Then 2 weeks later we had busted pipes in the pump house. He worked in ice and snow and stayed till they had water. He went above and beyond to do these jobs quickly and correctly.

+ -1 moreI called Mr. English early in the morning and explained the location of the leak at our vacation cabin. I told him I had left the access door to crawl space unlocked and the leak was inside the crawl space upstream from a spigot that a handyman had recently replace. I was uncertain whether the water line had been damaged while replacing the spigot or whether the recent freezing weather had cause the problem. After giving Mr. English the directions to the cabin, he indicated he could get by the cabin this afternoon. When I offered to give him a credit card during our initial telephone meeting, he indicated that he would call this evening and would get the credit card number at that time. He has just called, explained the work he performed, and gave me a very reasonable price for the work. I can not speak highly enough of the professionalism of Lee English. He does quality work, and will be the first choice for all future plumbing work at our cabin. Wish I could find a plumber of Mr. English's caliber for work around our home.
Description of Work: Mr. English repaired a leak under the house and installed a emergency interior value upstream from the outside spigot in case of future problems with the outside spigot.

Description of Work: I had no water. He came when he said he would and promptly determined the problem and fixed it. It was a valve that he replaced. Additionally, he checked all my faucets and valves. He checked the water pressure to make sure the pump was working correctly.

Description of Work: He and his crew do everything well, from basic in-house leaking to major exterior sewer repairs. In his largest job for me, the $3,500 job required extensive diagnostics, digging up an existing sewer system and some very tricky field work, requiring that he dig over 40 ft. through a steep hillside, underneath a stone patio so as not to have to break it up, to hit a two inch target pipe in my garage. He did and through three days of intense effort, fixed a years' long problem. He's not afraid to work and shows up on time, does a superior job and is worth every penny I paid him. That, and he's a friendly, helpful adviser.
