+ -1 moreThe company did an excellent job. Everything was completed in a timely manner. The new system works great and I have not had any problems. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job they did.
Description of Work: They installed a heating pump system and air ducts in my basement.

+ -1 moreOur new gas log fireplace looks really nice, and it works great too. Collins Heating and A/C did a wonderful job, and we couldn't be happier about the way they conducted their business with us. They were so nice and really listened to what we wanted. They did their best to accommodate us.
Description of Work: Collins Heating & Air Conditioning put in a new gas log fireplace in our basement.

+ -1 moreI DID SEE A FEW ERRORS IN THEIR WORK. THEY LEFT A LARGE GAP IN THE CRAWL SPACE AND THEY REMOVED A PIPE FROM THE WALL. BOTH HOLES HAD TO BE PATCHED, BUT I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING ELSE.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY REPLACE AN OUTMODED TYPE OF FURNACE WITH A NATURAL GAS FURNACE. THE UNIT ITSELF IS OUTSIDE, NEXT TO THE HOUSE. THEY ALSO REPLACED ALL OF MY AIR DUCTS.
