Not only was my house cleaned to perfection last December, but team was very responsible in reporting something amiss in my house. I was called and issue is now resolved. You don't get that kind of service from every cleaning service. After the renters had left the house in total mess. They stay to the job was done and brought the rental property back to almost perfection. I am so grateful to Betsy and her team that went above and beyond.

Awesome. Very personable & would chat with me but always configured working while talking. Very careful & took extra time to clean well, even though pay was not by the hour. Seems to strive to do a good & complete job for customers. Will be hiring on a regular monthly basis now!

Betsy was extremely capable. She repaired our bathroom cabinets and put a new door on them to match perfectly. Every job we asked Betsy to do was done promptly and efficiently. Her attention to detail was essential and we cannot recommend Betsy and her team strongly enough!

I highly recommend Betsy and her team. Betsy helped us clean out our entire basement and garage area. She worked with our family closely to help us clean out the stuff that had built up over the years. We were able to throw out so much unnecessary junk, but Betsy was essential in helping us go through everything to sort what we needed and what we wanted to junk. Her patience and work ethic was so valuable to our family and especially my father. After Betsy helped us clean out our basement she was then instrumental in helping us do a deep cleaning of the entire basement and ripping out the old carpet. Betsy also painted out basement and continued to help us sort and cull our stuff in the garage. Betsy and her team were wonderful to work with and we continue to hire Betsy to do other jobs after our initial basement cleaning.

Good Cleaning the first visit, but my son was a little uncomfortable with the staff. And they were rather expensive for what we got. But, I am always willing to pay well for great service. (And, I am almost always willing to give someone a second change). And, I did have a lot to get accomplished, and I just don't have the time. Second time around though - floors were sub par - kitchen cabinets were sticky. And, just wasn't even close the second time around. When it was mentioned to Betsy - her comment was to leave her a note on the next cleaning. Additionally, the service was when I was on my way out of town - and didn't get the invoice right away and it took me 5 days to pay for the service. During the delay I received multiple texts and phone calls at both work and home. And I was out on a mission, and was out of state. Very unprofessional. Then when I had paid by pay-pal -- there was some type of delay (which is unusual) that I was unaware of, from the time I got the invoice to the time that I paid it was less than 48 hours. But, I received a call pretty late in the evening for a business call nearly 10pm (I get up really early at 0400). So I had already gone to bed. So I got up immediately checked my pay pal and my checking account. And, it showed as paid. So I called back, told her it had cleared my account, but, she insisted I had not paid, and I needed my key returned the next day. Service received is not worth the money charged especially for what you get, and the lack professionalism. I received a text last night from Betsy at 2239 (after going to bed), then again at 0717, (while in a meeting ), and again at 0723, 0736, 0739, 0747, 0750, 0805 (still in a meeting) ... and so on ... Definitely NOT worth the service .... B E W A R E !
Description of Work: Clean Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Main Bathroom, and Kitchen. Vacuumed 2 rooms and mopped/dusted living room, dining room and kitchen floors. (Made claims to do more - but did not complete what they said they would).

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but as with any company or service, payment is due upon receipt. I have had no issues with PayPal invoicing as all electronic transactions through them are quick and accurate. I was told by [member name removed], she would pay right away and ignored all text messages and phone calls for 6 days not 5. I spoke to [member name removed], finally and she assured she was going to take care of her bill the next day after service, never did. I called and sent her multiple text messages to remind her. I received "No Response" I also had issues with son, following around too closely on my second visit. I could not turn around without him a few inches away from me. I tried contacting [member name removed] and again no, answer. I would clean and then would come back to see another mess was made... I also had to keep cleaning behind pet dog as well. Please, note: Cleaning is done one time only and cannot keep cleaning the same area over and over, unfortunately. It is NOT unprofessional to ask for compensation when payment is due. I apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding as always, we strive to help the community, keep our prices reasonable and appreciate our loyal customers.
