Contacted them on Friday, inspection was completed Monday. The inspector (Brad Neuman) found significant problems unknown to the owner/seller, prompting the owner to fund remediation and repairs totaling nearly $11,000.00. He also alerted me to minor problems that would need attention down the road, making me an informed buyer. Although I could not be there for the inspection (living hundreds of miles away at the time), Brad hooked his computer to mine and reproduced his inspection tour with quality photographs and detailed narrative that very evening, answering all my questions. He spent 90 minutes on the phone with me at that time and several more when I phoned him with follow-up questions. The inspection was a bargain given the time Brad spent on it and saved me thousands up front and headaches down the road. Thank you!

Called and made an appointment. No problems getting day and time I needed. Two brothers did inspection. One was there before I even got there. They seem to have their own specialities Very detailed. I thought excellent knowledge. Great suggestions for remedies. Didn't push their own contracting business for repairs. Put together a great report with pictures and explanations.
