 + -1 moreWe don't use them anymore. I just don't like them. I don't think they're trustworthy and I also don't think they're a good company. We'll never use them again. There are a lot of issues with what they do and the quality of what they do, how they leave our house. It's dirty when they leave from where they've been. They had a service contract with us which they never honored. I just wouldn't use them again. Price-wise, they're comparable to everybody else but their service was just not as good. I contacted them afterwards and they did nothing. Professionalism is nonexistent.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. They came out the same night the furnace broke. I was very pleased with them. After no other company would come I finally called them and they came out in the snow to fix it.
