PISGAH PEST CONTROL INC

Not good at all - Have an issue with carpenter bees and Pisgah gave us contract to spray, then came and said house was too tall and wouldn't go on roof to spray. Asked him to talk to my wife about the issue (I was not home) and he didn't do that either. I've been using Pisgah on a contract for several years, but their lack of attention and care will send me elsewhere.

They're excellent.

So far so good. The came out when the said they would they followed up and the seem to really care. Really good service and they even noticed a few other issues and addressed them for me.

The gentleman who arrived was a bit late but not a big deal. Very good at removing the nests. Price is too high for single visit as well as for yearly contract. Not necessarily out of line with other local companies, just that the service runs 50% more than what I paid for exactly the same service in Raleigh-from a national provider!

Prompt and thorough. When we have needed help or had questions in the past they have been very helpful. They also state to call if there is ever a reoccurrence of pests between services and they will come out free of charge.

We have had a pest control contract with them for close to 10 years. We've had great servicemen every time...they are very friendly and knowledgeable. One even prayed with me during a stressful time...above and beyond. They will come out if there's a problem between treatments for no fee. Living in the country, we get mice occasionally and they are very quick to come out and replace or put out new glue traps. They check the crawl spaces (we have 2) each time and are very thorough. We have been pleased each time.

Job was finished as promised however the after effect was a unpleasant odor. The company came out, promised not to leave us with this issue then did not correct.

They are excellent. We have a contract with them. They come every three months. The price includes an annual termite treatment. Any call back for something they missed or we find is no charge. We have been with them for probably ten years. That speaks for itself. When the service man comes he is very thorough and very responsive to any of our concerns. He is just extremely knowledgable about bugs. It is not an ordinary service in my opinion. They make appointments and keep appointments. We have had the same service man for ten years. That is great and he knows us. We are in the woods and he is excellent and very thorough. It is a very good service. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

It's a mixed bag. They came about a year ago, when we discovered that we had termites. They gave us a really good estimate, but they never got around to doing the job. We liked the estimate, so we kept nagging them and waiting. In the spring, they finally did the work, and we are very happy with it. T'hey were kind of slow, but once they decided to do it, we were happy. The price was so good that we were willing to wait, and it wasn't an immediate problem.
