Called during mid-to-late March 2021 and requested an estimate on replacing either the heat pump or the entire heat/ac system based upon what they would recommend when they reviewed the system. Provided details of the system and our address outside of Brevard and the issues we were having. Was told a salesperson would be calling to schedule an appointment. Called 2-3 weeks later on a Friday having never heard from a salesperson and was told the request for an estimate was "sitting on his desk and that he would call me on Monday." It is now July 19th and I never heard back from the company. Called today, spoke to Debbie who is always so pleasant. Conny the estimator got on the line and said May began their busiest time and they prioritized existing customers. My first call was in March. He did apologize. I informed him that were they not going to accept new business back in March I should have been informed during the earlier phone calls. Lousy customer service, lousy salesmanship. It was however a great way to not gain new business and lose business for life. I fully realize it has been a struggle finding/keeping staff during the pandemic but when you have someone call tell them the truth. Conny gave a sorry excuse that went something like this "well people will get on the phone and call ll these companies to schedule." Made absolutely NO sense to me especially since I made my initial call and then a follow up call. It takes 30 seconds or less to tell someone or call someone and tell them you are not interested in their business.

I have been using them for over 30 years and they are fine. I am on their maintenance service, so I see them 2 or 3 times a year. I see them 2 or 3 times a year and have for over 30 years. They always call me. I just have to say "yes that would be fine". I have a service contract and they keep track of you. I would not stick with them if they were not good. I would use them again.

They service my equipment routinely twice a year. It is expensive because we have three heating and cooling systems in this home. I have used them for about 15 years. The quality is excellent. They do an excellent job, there is no big problem. The workers are excellent.

I would use them again in future.

They are quick to respond. They give their pricing quickly and the workers clean up after themselves well.

All aspects of the job and service were excellent. Tony was great to work with.

They put in a new system in December 2010. Good product, good service, responsiveness. They are better than others that we have used in the area.

Their prices are reasonable and their techs do what they're supposed to do with very little interruption in my life.

Extremely pleased with our experience with Mac Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. From the initial contact to completion of the work it was a pleasant experience. Small glitches occurred - due mainly to the need to coordinate their work with two other contractors and working through a holiday week - but we have a good system in an older home that works as we want it to. In the end the glitches were minor and the company representative was always responsive to questions. Final cost was exactly as quoted.

They did a horrible job. They misrepresented their work. They were suppose to improve my air quality, and they didn't do that. I have never been as disappointed in a business as them. I would tell anyone to never use this company. The price was a rip off. The bottom line is that they didn't get the job done. They were nice enough, but they misrepresented what they were going to do. They lied to me and weren't concerned about it.

They have been very good and are very reliable. They come fast and as far as I can tell, their prices are good. I am an older adult and they just send very nice, polite men to do the servicing and it makes me feel comfortable. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I would use them again in the future.

We have used a local company with a limited staff for routine maintenance and minor repairs. It was his recommendation to use MAC for the system replacement because of their larger staff, being a Lennox dealer, and his positive experence with them in the past. We got two estimates and they were different configurations. We selected MAC and the choice seems to be a good one.

Jim was the salesman I dealt with. Mac Heating and Air installed an air filter which didn’t address my problem, WHAT SO EVER. From the beginning, I told them exactly what I thought the problem was. The problem occurred with the air ducts when the air was exiting the unit. There is a fiberglass film within the lining of air ducts. When air goes through the ducts, tiny little fibers become airborne throughout my entire home. I’m allergic to fiberglass so the diagnosis was very simple for me. My body has certain reactions that prove to me fiberglass was present in the air quality of my home. He sent two of his technicians to figure out a bid for the new ducts. They offered new duct work to me at cost, and ducts were already cut and ready in his shop which makes me believe that whole month between visits he knew the problem. We ultimately accepted the bid however they disappeared for months. I called several times with no response. I called one of the owners, Mark, and he totally rejected to honor the amount that his employees quoted me. Mark said he would speak with the salesman and no one has followed up with me. Several months later, I have to keep my eyes and head covered just to watch T.V. in my own home. I am still waiting. My experience was awful. I trusted them and now I feel very violated.
