They are excellent! They were nice, friendly, careful and reasonable. They had a variety of products. They were the only ones near here that said, "Not only will we take the old one away but we will unplug it and reinstall the new one at the same price". Everyone said, "We will bring it right at your door, but you have to have the old one unplugged and ready for us to take away and you have to install it yourself". There was no delivery or installation charge. There were two workers. They were prompter than I thought. It went perfectly. We have got other things from them. With service and prices, no one else beats them. Everybody was excellent.

They made it really easy and they're very accommodating whereas no one else would even bother looking at it. I thought the price was high.

It was all good. There was one girl and she's real good I forgot her name but if there were questions she wouldn't end up until she got the answer.

We were pleased with the work. Because of the rainy season, it did take a while to schedule but that was not their fault. They are very good with their follow-up. The responsiveness and pricing were excellent as well. They gave us the best price around. We also like the idea that they stood behind their work.

Overall very pleased with purchase. Took awhile to get help in appliance department - they were understaffed.I had researched dishwasher online and brought the ad with me for the dishwasher I wanted. Although listed much higher in the store they honored the online price. By using my Lowe's credit card I got an additonal 5% off.
