One of our worst experiences in home improvement. We had a number of wiring projects, the main one being wiring the closures for sun tubes in our bedroom. We had also had a bathroom fan installed and needed to have it wired. Cross Over began working on the sun tubes on 6/11. Almost a month later on 7/1 he showed up and wired in the bathroom ceiling fan. We tried for a period of about 2 1/2 months to get him to return and to at least finish wiring in the sun tubes. We had given up trying to get him to do any of the other electrical projects he had agreed to. He made numerous appointments with us, but never showed up for any of them. We finally found another electrician willing to finish the job Cross Over had started. We then asked for and received a final bill 8/29. The bill was for over $1,200 and included billing for a job that was not even ours. Cross Over did then correct the bill down to $960.

Michael Childers and Bryan Murdock, Cross Over Electric, LLC, performed electrical installation in a professional and courteous manner. Their electrical work was very neat. If we ever have a need for licensed electricians, we will definitely call Cross Over Electric, LLC. Highly recommend for electrical work.
Description of Work: We had Mountain Air install a new A/C heating unit and replace an existing A/C heating unit. Cross Over Electric, LLC provided the electrical installation for the new units. The approximate cost is there because Angie's List requires an approximate cost, we do not know what Mountain Air paid the subcontractor, Cross Over Electric, LLC, for the electrical work provided.
