+ 1 moreChris removed part of framing for a floor and installed new framing and leveled out the floor, He and his son installed a new subfloor, and eliminated a brick hearth. He replaced a sliding glass door that had been leaking under the subfloor. Chris also installed new paneling and vinyl plank flooring. He hauled away all demo debris. He and his son worked **** ** the job and both were very knowledgeable. I paid an additional amount for the materials.
Description of Work: I had a room rebuilt.
