Description of Work: This plumber did not do any work for me. When I called the number on Anglie's list I received a voice recording that said his voice mail box was full and could not accept anymore messages. Either he isn't well organized or so many people have called him he can't keep up with the calls. Either way I think it's a waste of my time to continue calling. Will use the next plumber on Angie's list. If anyone has used Carlos Owen would appreicate if you'd tell us how you contacted him.

+ -1 moreA home inspector called our attention to a water leak underneath the house. This was the day after Carl did the work replacing the intake and shut off valves and repaired a burst pipe in the bathroom shower. I called him Tuesday afternoon to report water filling the hole where the valves are located and the collection of water under the house. We made an appointment for the next morning. When rainy weather moved into the area, Carl called to reschedule the appointment as the work would be done outside. He arrived and diagnosed the problem, contacted the original well man and when he could not come out that day, Carl made the repair along with his helper, Gary.
Description of Work: Although Carl titles himself as a plumber, in this situation he performed what I would classify as well work. He identified the cause of the "river" beneath our old mountain home as caused by a leak in the well's underground pressure tank.

+ -1 moreCarlos was contacted by the gentleman who was working on our well pump. He arrived within 30 minutes of the call and had his part of the repair work completed in a very timely fashion. He was very personable and offered very good instructions about future winterizing procedures.
Description of Work: Carlos and his helper, Gary, replaced the valves to control flow of water from well into house and replaced a pipe in our shower that had sprung a leak due to poor winterization.
