CHAD'S TILE

I contacted the company via email and got a very quick response. I described what we were looking for along with some measurements that I had already taken. They responded with an estimate. We called a 2nd company just to get a comparison and they pointed out issues that I as a lay person wouldn't have seen. I called this company back and told them about the concerns and he made the 45-minute trip to see it in person and to slightly revise the estimate due to the extra work involved...but still a very competitive estimate! He and his helper arrived on time and were very professional and efficient. He finished in the time promised and dead-on to the estimate provided. The craftmanship was excellent and it looked like something in a model home. He made suggestions along the way about matching grout to the tile, tile to the existing floor, and even recommended certain trim to compliment the entire shower enclosure. He even replaced some grout on my floor that was cracked after asking me if it was ok to do so!! I was extremely pleased with his level of customer service, his attention to detail, thoroughness, and his craftmanship. In the weeks prior to the job, he stayed in contact via email and was always prompt in answering questions. I will recommend him to others and have already had him quote our backsplash as well! Great guy and company!
