+ -1 moreI have used the service for years but recently have had no response to emails trying to schedule service though I have tried 3 addresses. I have been pleased in the past but have been very disappointed lately. If they are too busy to clean for me fine but just communicate that to me rather than not responding at all.

Description of Work: Although they laid a bottle of liquid cleaner in the middle of a fabric couch and stained it.... We still called them to come back twice... They never returned our call.... And for the record we did not complain about the careless act of staining our couch!

Description of Work: We used The White Glove for a spring house cleaning on our place in Blowing Rock. We have been cleaning ourselves for years which took up valuable time in every visit there and had been looking for a cleaning service on and off for a while. We are meticulous on cleaning and the place was spotless, better than what we would have done! We will be using them after our visits and after friends and guests use the house. Elizabeth has been very responsive on email and they have convenient email notification system as well as an east PayPal payment option, perfect for us as we are not full time residents in the area.

+ -1 moreWe have 2 small children and so we traditionally decorate our house for Christmas the weekend of Thanksgiving, in order to enjoy the season as long as possible. Then we spend the actual Christmas holidays with their grandparents, 5 hours from home. This Christmas, our entire family ended up with the flu while we were celebrating with our families across the state. We couldn't even drive back home we were so sick. Since my husband and I both work full time, our days off at the holidays are very important. We didn't want to spend our remaining time off work cleaning and organizing the house/putting Christmas away. I called Liz who immediately fit me in. When we finally got well enough to drive across the state, we came home to a spotless house, with all of the Christmas decorations wrapped up and put away. The tree was taken down and the house was put back together. The bed linens were changed and washed. All we had to do was unload the car, and enjoy the rest of our days off together as a family, without extra chores! She went above and beyond thank you, Liz!
Description of Work: Liz and her crew have worked with my family for many years. We have used them for construction cleaning, moving cleaning, rental property cleaning, spring cleaning, and weekly cleaning. They do a great job and pay attention to on to detail. Liz is willing to work with her clients on scheduling and is flexible if necessary. She is always open to feedback, both good and bad. Great to work with.

Description of Work: vacuumed 1st floor carpet and hardwood floor...mopped the floor, dusted furniture, wiped down some wains coating and window sills, cleaned surfaces of major appliances, cleaned half bath, and wiped down the inside of three inside windows..I was pleased with everything, except the Murphy's Oil they used to mop the floors. I had never used that product on the floors. I did not like the look of the floor when it dried. So next time, I will ask for them to use a different product. I will also have more for them to do as they finished in a little over an hour and minimum payment is for 2 hours.

+ -1 moreThis cleaning service is thorough and once my expectations were understood all has been consistent. Flexibility in scheduling is appreciated. Having a two person team is effective and I have been overall pleased with the service. The ladies are pleasant. I would like to speak to staff when when I have to be elsewhere when they arrive and request a call to my cell from house phone when they depart. I would recommend to others.

+ -1 moreTheir service is excellent. Elizabeth, the owner, first came out and went over everything in detail. You can tell she has a great interest in the work that is done. She is very responsive. They let me know if they are going to be late or not. There is a bit of a little language barrier with the workers.
