Description of Work: pressure washing the house and gutters and painting the trim on the house. then painting half of the interior. also replaced some boards on the exterior.

+ 1 moreThese guys are sloppy and for the most part, untrained. They did our drywall work and it was subpar. They then painted. Paint drips on floor, moulding, did not wipe down walls in some rooms and painted over dust, so the walls have rough spots on them. We asked several times to make sure they covered areas with painters tarps, never happened. We fired them when we came in the house and they had muddled over painters tape which was marking a spot that needed repair. We had to pay a replacement company a lot of money to fix their work, after paying Sanchez Painting over $20,000. Terrible workmanship.

After calling 6 recommended painting services in the Boone area multiple times, Sanchez Painting was the only one that called back and came out to give us a quote. Very reasonable and the guys all work very hard and long hours to get the job done. We even had to change the body color about half way through and it wasn't even an issue them. Carlos is great to work with and he does exactly what he tells you he will do. R.Edmisten

+ 1 moreExcellent job. We were delayed getting access to the house and Carlos worked very well with us to get through the delay. Once they were able to get to work, they stayed with it, working around other contractors and us to get the job done. Very pleased and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Very serious, professional and conscientious. Second time we have hired in three years for reasonably big jobs and he delivers. Not cheap, upper-middle price, but worth it. They work fast and clean, and he is a very pleasant and agreeable gentleman, and his crew follows his lead in that regard. Recommend highly.

Description of Work: We have used Sanchez Painting for a number of projects including the initial painting of our home. His services have declined in quality over the years. Our last experience with the painting of our entire home, he damaged our LeafGuard gutters (over $10 a foot) after we asked him to be very careful with the ladders. He also did not seal the dormers on the home while painting and the paint began to peal off after less than a year. His crew seems to have become very unreliable and unprofessional. We did call him a few weeks ago to take care of another problem and he set an appointment to look at the issue. He never called or showed up.

+ -1 moreThis went very well for us. I am very pleased with this providers work. We've since had him back to complete work on a new stained tongue and groove spruce ceiling and we plan to have him back again to do some interior and exterior painting. They always clean up after themselves quite well and a very enjoyable to work with. We will continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: He sanded off the current color of our decks and re-stained our decks.

+ -1 moreI found the painters to be very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They worked quickly and neatly (e.g., splattered no paint on brick or plants). They completed the job in a timely manner with interruptions for wet weather only. They brought to my attention areas on the exterior of the house that needed attention by a carpenter which I found very helpful since I had not and probably would have not observed them. I was completely satisfied with the work and the cost. I had used them before and will readily use them again.
Description of Work: Portions of the house exterior were pressure washed, scraped, sanded and painted. Several areas where wood had rotted were noted and repaired.
