Great! Friendly, professional, and came to our home.

Magoo's done an exceptional job. They gave me the best price in town, as well a the best customer service. I called them to replace my windshield in my 2010 Subaru Impreza. They gave me a quote over the phone and even had the windshield in stock. Called around 9:00 am and they scheduled an appointment for me at 1:00pm. They were a little late but the technician called ahead of time to let me know he was running late on another job. He was very professional, and the windshield looked great. He said I had to wait one hour before I drove the car as well as not wash it for 24 hours. I wasn't to pleased about having to wait an hour to drive, but he said it was for my own safety. So I didn't argue. He said if I got in a wreck the windshield could come out of the car if I didn't wait for the one hour drive-away time. The over all experience was great. I had never had to use an auto glass company before. I would highly recommend Magoo's.

I had an appointment two weeks ahead of time and at the last minute he cancels.then he re schedules ...he said he has an office -but clearly does not because he has to come take your car off.then said a couple hours he would be back that turned into 5 hours . He said he ran out of tint so he couldnt do the front window strip ...and then he want more money when he does get it in ..Anyway at the top of the window in the rear .there are matrix dots about a 4 inch strip across the window .this strip was not prepared the right was as I've been told by other tinting shops in the area . So I asked him what we could do and he was like man there's nothing we can do.so I dug around and found out about and quot;the proper procedure and quot; .so I called him back and asked him if I could have some money back 40$..to pay the next shop 60 -I thought that would be more than fair ...he said oh yeah I do know how to do that ..well just re do it -ill call you back //over 2 weeks later he has been dodging my calls every day ...this is on a semi new car and it makes it look really bad .id hate for someone else to get burned

I had a very bad cracked windshield in my 2005 Ford F150. I called Magoo's Auto Glass and they answered the phone on the second ring maybe the third. I requested a quote and they gave me one immediately. I asked if they handled Insurance claims and they said they did. They said all I had to do was contact my insurance company and request that there company to do the Auto Glass replacement and my insurance company would forward my information to them. He also stated if i wanted to I could give them my policy number and he would handle the claim. I asked how soon they could come out to my house and do the job. They said they could come out the next day. They said they could come out the same day if I had contacted them before 10:00am, and they would come out later that evening. So I scheduled the appointment the next day, and let Magoo's just handle my Insurance claim. So I just gave them my policy number. They came out the following day and replaced the windshield in My Ford F150. They were very neat with there work and cut the windshield out with this really cool wire tool. The wildest thing I had ever seen. No damage to the truck. Vacuumed the interior in the truck. The windshield looked amazing. Just a very well done job all around. "Highly Recommended" 5 star company.
