Very punctual and very professional work. Had his workers come in over several days and complete the work. Had a bedroom and bathroom re-done. They even helped us out on some other spots they saw that needed extra work of which we were doing ourselves and did it for no extra charge. Very nice people to work with.

Josh did a great job against all the surprises he found as he started demolishing the damaged flooring, shower etc. He even found that the plumbing underneath the home was reverse graded (we always had problems with that). He went out of his way to keep us informed because we could not be present at all times. Completely trustworthy to leave without having to be concerned if he will do it right.

It was the best experience I've had with having work done to my house. Josh Kanoy is extremely prompt, efficient, fair and trustworthy. He came by the same day he was initially contacted and began work the very next day. He was completely finished with everything in two days. His professionalism and respect for both me and my home were unmatched.

They are absolutely superb. He was very good. I like the fact that they were specific to detail. They were extremely professional. The entire time they were on the job.

1. Never completed entire job, before bad weather set-in. 2. Placed cricket behind wrong fireplace. 3. Gutter repair never done. 4. Not all siding replaced. 5. Exterior painting never completed. 6. Sent up painter that talked me out of $150.00, saying Josh would stand behind his work - not true. Josh says he will make good on work painter was to do. 7. Josh said he would complete job as soon as weather permits. Spring? 8. Work completed was excellent.

It went really really well. Josh Kanoy, one of the owners, was very professional all the way through. He gave me references to check in on for the work and they were all impressed with him too. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

Kand C is very professional and detailed in their work. They won't cut corners. They are honest and extremely capable. Kand C raised our floors, replaced termite damaged floor beams and joists and then laid laminate flooring. As the project continued they also leveled our gutters, replaced our front door and coordinated rewiring and plumbing needs. We would absolutely use them again.

I found Kand C Building Associates on Angie's List. When I called, Josh answered and handled the call in a professional manner. Josh agreed to meet me to give an estimate. He arrived promptly at our scheduled time. I had asked if he could give an estimate, and if we agreed asked if he could do the work right then as renters were checking in the following day. He was friendly and polite and we surveyed the work to be done. I agreed his price was very fair and he began immediately. As he was finishing the first board, I needed to leave for a meeting. He completed all the work with excellent care! All the trash /scraps were collected and picked up. He notified me of items that I needed to be aware of when I would be painting it that afternoon.I was greatly satisfied, not only with his work on this project, but that I had found a service contractor that I can trust for future construction service needs.
