We had purchased a home with dirty carpet with no idea whether stains would come out, but they were able to get them all out and the carpet looks fine. We could not be more pleased. We would definitely hire them again.

After reading over advertisements, we decided to call Greenway Carpet Care of Boone. Our decision was based on the carpet being cleaned organically, This is so important for us to clean our carpets in a way that is safe for our family-grandchildren. Marie was great to work with., They worked very hard and did not quit until they were satisfied. It is apparent that they are pleasers, and important to her for us to be happy with the finished product. Thank you so much Marie!!!

We were so pleased with the job Marie did. She thoroughly cleaned the carpets in the 4 bedrooms and the hall. She even cleaned the closets at no charge. Even though the prior owners had owned 2 dogs, Marie cleaned away all of the evidence, leaving the carpets like new. Now that we have moved in, I plan to have Marie come back at least twice a year to keep the carpets looking great!

Marie and Nick were very nice and professional. They took extra time to clean the l problem areas I pointed out, as well as others they found. My 23 year old carpet looks great!

Our compressor had failed this spring when there was so much rain & there was a mildew smell. We had Marie clean the carpet and sofa and 2 chairs. The area seems so much cleaner and fresher now.

They came in and pre-spot treated the carpet. Cleaned the carpet and removed stains. Then deodorized, they did a fantastic job. She called to let me know (and apologized) to let me know they were running late. They are going to be the company I choose to do my carpet cleaning from here on out. It was dry cleaning and the furniture went back immediately.

Marie and the two young men who worked with her were extremely professional. They paid attention to the special problems I pointed out, were on time and the carpets look great.

Greenway Carpet Team did a great job with our home in Banner Elk, NC. They came on time, they were very detailed and careful with moving our furniture. We used Greenway Carpet Team because of the non-toxic approach. The carpet turned out VERY clean and we will use them again.

This is the second time I've used Greenway Carpet Care and they did another excellent job. Every inch of carpet was cleaned and dry by the time they left; even in this cold, damp weather (I'll never go back to steam cleaning). Not only are the ugly stains gone; my carpet smells fresh and looks great; - a much needed boost this rainy-snowy time of year.

It went very well... they cleaned the rug and got rid of all the horrible stains. would recommend them to anyone needing a rug cleaned.

An excellent job by a very professional company. We had purchased a special price offer last summer and had been unable to work out a date (our fault not Greenway Carpet) before everything shut down for the winter. As good as his word, Tim called us on March 28th to set up a new time and it was arranged for April 4th. Tim and Dalene showed up right on time and went straight to work. The carpet now looks brand new. The "green" process that they use is excellent and leaves the carpet perfectly dry and clean. The fresh citrus aroma is very pleasant as well. We couldn't be more pleased with Greenway Carpet and will certainly use them again.

They were super-prompt and professional. They worked quickly and as they said, my carpet smelled like oranges very briefly, then there was no smell at all (wish the orange smell had lingered!) They also deodorized my carpet as I have 2 dogs, a cat, and a teenage boy, ha. The carpet was a little damp for longer than they said, but that could have been the ridiculous rain and humidity we have had all summer. They worked h****** the stains and even bleached out, faintly, a small spot trying to get the stain. It probably looks better than the stain did, though!

I had pet odors from urine on the back of an Oriental rug and called Greenway on a Saturday to leave a msg. He called me back within minutes and shared some options for the most economical way to address the problem, including what to use and where to get it if we wanted to do it ourselves. I also had 2 rooms of carpet that were so stained I thought we just needed to replace them. Bruce and his wife came to our home right on time as scheduled. Because they use a dry method, there was no bulky equipment & hoses in the house. For the Oriental, they took it to the deck to spray w/ an enzyme cleaner and manually absorb through the top of the carpet. This took a lot of work. I was amazed that the 2 rooms of carpet. They were as clean as could be (except for some "graying" of high traffic areas. All the stains were gone. Because the Oriental needed more time to dry before returning to the hardwood floor, we decided to leave it on the deck for a few hours. That was the day of a big storm, and we had to rush to get it inside. Not too much of a problem, but best to be aware of the time involved. I'm not sure if the price was the lowest, but I've never had such good results, so it was very much worth the cost. I also like the "green" aspect.

Both experiences with Greenway were fantastic. Before the first carpet cleaning, my husband was having trouble breathing easily in our bedroom at night (he has some mild asthma) - we suspected that the carpets had not been cleaned in ages, and were probably harboring mold, pet dander, dust, etc. Sure enough, after Greenway cleaned our carpets his breathing got much better! Not to mention the fact that the carpets looked beautiful - I had no idea they could be improved so much. The second time they came out, they really went above and beyond what we expected - they not only cleaned the carpet and got it dried out for us, but they left deodorizing powder and spray with us to use if we needed it, and called to follow up. I really thought we were going to need to pull up the carpet after it got wet, but so far (2 weeks and counting) it's doing fine! I appreciate that these folks use environmentally friendly products - the room is left with a very light fresh scent, not chemically at all - and I really love that they use a dry cleaning method rather than steam cleaning. We have enough trouble with moisture down here as it is. They are also incredibly professional and friendly. No runaround, just nice people doing excellent work. I would trust them with any carpet I had. Highly recommended!
