DALLAS LAWRENCE CONSTRUCTION

During the courtship process, Mr. Lawrence stated that once they started work, they would continue without interuption. In reality, they started and, after a few days, disappeared for several weeks. Mr. Lawrence's brother, James, stayed on site during the work and was very helpful. Mr. Lawrence, during the entire process, was very difficult to get a hold of and did not return phone calls. Overall, I think they did a fine job in the construction work but were lacking in communication and professionalism. What disappointed me the most with Dallas Lawrence Construction was the fact that he never returned to address the "punch list" that is inevitable with any major project. The list was small and would have not taken much time to handle but his not returning left a very bad taste in my mouth which remains to this day.

I work for a condo association where the buildings were constructed in the early 70s. One of our buildings had continually had frozen pipes during the winter and caused a lot of damage. Every year we thought we had the problem fixed and every year we had more pipes freeze. December 2010 we, once again, had frozen pipes. We were at our wits end trying to figure out what was going on. I called Dallas Lawrence Construction. He came to look at the building 2 hours after I called him! A few days later he gave me an estimate of exactly what he was going to do to fix our building. Within a week after that he started work. He was and his crew were on site each morning by 8am and worked the whole day. It was an extremely extensive fix, but he worked on our schedule and fixed it all. They even stayed til 1am to get one unit finished up to meet a deadline. These guys were GREAT!! I highly recommend Dallas Lawrence. He did what he said he would do, and solved our problem. He and his crew were honest, professional and good at what they do.
