+ -1 moreThe dryer he claimed I had to replace, and for which he sold me a used 'perfect condition' dryer died in 3 months. The stove burner he replaced because it was not heating properly ended up being a $25 switch and not the burner at all. and the dishwasher he determined was not repairable ended up needing a $15 part. I do not live in the area and had my property managers handle the service calls. They used Bob Young Appliances in Boone. Every time I arrived (a month or so later) I had to hire a different company to fix what Bob Young did not.
Description of Work: Every single thing this company has done for me was a major fail. I called for service on a dryer, dishwasher and stove. Every 'repair' was not a repair at all.
