AAA RATED TRIPLE T PUMPING

Explained the exact system and was charged extra for service not needed or used.

They work in extreme heat, they had to dig down to get to my septic openings. I have two openings one they could not find so they had to dig in like 95 degree heat. They initially told me the company charges $100 to dig, they let me help and it only cost me $50. I did not help much. They had to dig for at least an hour. One of the men had an headache so I took his ice water, motrin, and advil. I eventually took him an iced coffee and that helped. I gave each of them a $20 gift for their wives. I think people that work hard should be rewarded. One of them was from NJ and he had been working in a school and a kid said if you had gone to school you would not have to have your nose in a sewer. I said I am glad his nose is in the sewer because of him I can use my washer, wash my dishes, and it allows me to do other things inside. I am waiting for them to bring me two risers since my septic is underground and it is not suppose to be.

The gentle man who came out was very pleasant. But i would never use this company ever again . I mean ever... I would call someone else evenn if there more money. I would rather have to be respected then disrespected. I will make sure i let BBB and all google reviews to never use this company because of how NASTY they are.

This was not our first call to Triple T Pumping over the years (we have a "finicky" septic). Let's be honest, when your sewer has backed up, the last thing you want to hear is "we can be there the day after tomorrow." And every time we've needed them, Triple T has worked us in the same day and taken care of the problem for a very reasonable price. They get my highest recommendation.

I contacted Triple T Pumping after living in a house with a septic tank for about 5 years. The estimates that I had heard from neighbors in terms of how often to have it pumped ranged from 5 years to 20 and since I'd never had a septic tank before, I thought that I should probably get it pumped before any surprises arose. The guys from Triple T were very helpful and friendly over the phone and said they'd be happy to come have a look to see if we needed pumping. The first wrinkle was that the septic tank access was not where the previous owners had told us it was, so the workers from Triple T used their expertise (and some hard work) to figure out where it was. They also determined, in looking at the yard, that we had both a septic tank and a graywater tank, with separate access points. This was something that previous owners hadn't told us about at all, I'm not sure they even knew. They checked both tanks and determined that the graywater tank needed pumping and that the septic tank could probably go a few more years before needing it. We had them pump both while they were there, and when done they told us we probably wouldn't need either pumped for at least 7-8 years. All in all, I was very impressed with the service from Triple T. It was clear they were professionals and knew exactly what they were doing, and they were particularly helpful in explaining some of the basics of septic tank management to a newbie like me. I really appreciated their friendliness and honesty, too. Highly recommended!
