I've had several people come out and work on my air conditioner. They would never do the right repair it always messed up. When he came and done it about 9 months. Haven't had any problems since. I recommend this guy above any other. He is the best and a very nice person. If I have any other problems he will be the one I would call. I found out about him to another friends. He explained the issues (more than once for me) he found and then he made the necessary repair and replacement of the faulty element in the controls. He was always courteous, professional, and easy to work with. He was sincere and honest in all we discussed. It was a pleasure to work with someone such as Bruce. Bruce Glisson is the gentleman that helped me with my project. The pricing was extremely reasonable, along with wonderful professionalism. My family has long needed central air, but just couldn't afford things. However, as I stated, it had to be done & Bruce was able to help make it affordable. The work he performed was outstanding. After completion, he also ensured things were going well a few times over the next few weeks. I have hired more than a fair share of different A/C people in the past. They continued to do quick fixes to my previous unit leading me to believe it was worth throwing money into against my better judgement. I'm glad we finally found Mr. Glisson as he was straightforward and honest. The first look at my other unit and he confirmed what I thought I knew all along. The old unit was long past gone & I had just been throwing money away. Much more money than it would have cost to buy a new unit long before. The technician was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He could have pulled one over on me and charged me A LOT more for a whole new HVAC unit, but it only needed a small fix. Really great experience. Will definitely call on him again if I need help. Highly recommend.
