Bruce arrived about thirty minutes after the phone call making arrangements for repairs on our A/C unit and only spent about 5 minutes looking at it to figure out the problem. After that he got right to it and was in our business for less than an hour. Had fair prices and told everything how it was with no surprise payments. Will definitely be calling him with any problems in the future!

Bruce was able to switch our appointment almost literally last minute from an annual maintenance check to fixing a punctured refrigerant line that was the result of new siding construction. He was able to fix the problem without replacing the whole line, and still was able to do the annual check.

Bruce came to the house on a Sunday morning after I had contacted him on Saturday night. He was very polite and professional, explained the problem with my a/c leak, and went over all options with me. I highly recommend using him and will continue to hire him in the future

Bruce does all the work himself and used to be an electrician. My only concern was that he and I jumped to a conclusion about the nature of what turned out to be an unusual A/C problem with a 19 year old 2-zone heat pump system. I had a balky thermostat that was causing it to cool from 5 to 7 degrees below the setting, what appeared to be randomly. Bruce's first conclusion, that I agreed to, was to change out the thermostat. But in retrospect that was not logical because the thermostat was almost new and pretty technologically straight forward. But he was very thorough and educated me about the sequence of issues we ran into to finally solve the complex problem. He found and fixed several substandard situations including a dangerous overheating electrical junction that he completely rewired. He pointed out that I had not changed the air filters in a long time, that was lowering the efficiency and causing the compressor to work harder. He replaced a rube-goldberg double capacitor set up with a single appropriate capacitor. He found an overheating damper motor and replaced it. He cleaned the coils and has everything fine tuned. He was adamant that I completely understood and was satisfied despite the long journey we went on together.

Bruce called me with in seconds of inquiring about emergency service for my HVAC system on Labor Day . He was here with in 30 minutes from the time he called and had us up and running in record time . I have never experienced customer service like that on any day of the week and definitely never on a holiday . He is great person . He was more than fair with the pricing and didnâ t over charge us due to the holiday and it being after hours .Bruce has made a customer for life tonight . Home Advisor inquiry was at 7:15pm and he just left our house at 9:30 pm . Awesome !!!!
