For two weeks I dealt with the owner of this company. Almost every day I would call in only to be told that the sod was not yet delivered but would be the next day. At first I understood that these things do take some time and weather can play a factor, but it became apparent over time that the owner seemed to care little about making the sale and was always vague about the availability of the product. I finally gave up in frustration and called one of his competitors who had the sod in and I was able to pick it up one hour later.
Description of Work: I contacted this company to buy sod for my yard to repair a bare patch and was told that I could come by and pick some pieces up. The owner and I agreed on a price and the next day I went in. When I arrived the owner told me that he was out of the sod but that there would be some in the next day. And so began my ordeal with this company.
