Carolina Home and Garden, located in Cape Carteret, was established in 1999 by Brian and Stephanie Watson as a small locally owned garden nursery. We have expanded from a small locally owned garden nursery to a one stop shopping center for all types of home and gardening items including on-site greenhouses, where we grow our own plants, to offering both commercial and residential landscaping services, to beautiful and unique outdoor furniture and pottery. Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space.
