I called several plumbers and got voicemails, no replies, or a reply that they were booked up for the near future. Ray Laborite answered his phone, discussed the issue with me, apologized for not having any available that day but promised to send someone around 8 am the next morning. His two man crew arrived as promised and on time. They were just great! They lstened to my explanation of what was happening, and after checking out the situation and confirming what the problem was caused by what was needed to fix it - they went ahead and resolved all the issues that morning. I cannot say enough about these guys - responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I will use them in the future for all plumbing needs.

LaBonte Plumbing has been doing my plumbing work for over ten years. Ray and his crew are polite, knowledgeable, and get the job done in a timely manner. I wish my plumber in Raleigh were this dependable!

I called them and even though they had a very busy schedule they scheduled me in the next day and They showed up on time and were very professional . They fixed the problem and also added a second in line shutoff valve that I requested so service in the future if needed will be easier. They were very friendly and the job was very neat. A big thanks to Labonte Plumbing and any future needs that I have I will without hesitation call them back.

My husband and I bought our first home out in the middle of nowhere and within the first few months, our sewage went completely out. Still being new to the home, we didn't know exactly where our plumbing lines ran, but we had a good idea that roots had grown into our old clay pipes. Labonte came out to our home, which was a good distance from their location, so we appreciated that. They were kind and professional. However, they couldn't figure out where our plumbing lines ran. They dug several holes in our yard and then suggested we dig up our paved driveway! We knew that if we did that, it would be irreversible. We decided to get a second opinion. Another plumber came and was able to easily figure out where our pipes were--and it wasn't under the driveway! We do feel that Labonte tried to take advantage of us. We were young, first-home buyers that had a big target on our backs (and poor!). They never bothered to fill in the holes dug in our yard. We can't imagine what would have happened if we had let them dig up our driveway. We probably would still have a torn up driveway three years later. I'm sure their plumbing work is good, but I don't think they have any concern for the customer and would probably do better with someone who isn't concerned about money.

It was perfect. They were here for quite a while because the ground around our home is very rocky. They were awesome.

service was quick, efficient, and the charge was very reasonable. A storm was coming and Mr. Labonte came quickly, preventing further damage. I would use Labonte plumbing again without hesitation.

Labonte Plumbing returned my call withing 30 minutes and scheduled someone for first thing the next day. They showed up on time, were cordial, and easy to communicate with. They had the necessary parts on hand and replaced the valve in about 1 hour. Our main line was actually frozen as well. They offered to stay and help thaw it out but told me up front that they would have to charge $135 per hour. I declined, trying to save money, but appreciated them offering and telling me directly how much it would cost.
