Description of Work: THEY DID ONE OF THREE REPAIRS. THEY REPAIRED THE LAMP; THEY BROKE ONE IRON DURING REPAIR; THEY RETURNED THE SECOND IRON AND SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT REPAIR IT. THEY PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE FOR PRESSURE WASHING AND STAINING THAT WAS HIGH IN MY ESTIMATION SO I DID NOT PROCEED WITH THEM TO PERFORM THOSE TASKS.

Description of Work: Craig Pariso gave me an estimate about a week ago and while he was here he made a list of all the parts and replacements he would need to repair the damages done to my Rental Cabin by the Tenants. He and his Crew arrived at 7:30 AM this morning and finished at 5:00 PM SERVICES PERFORMED: Cleaned and serviced the A/C Adjusted and repaired the vertical Blinds Repaired the handle on the Sliding glass door Adjusted the screens so they would open and close smoothly. Repaired door handle on Vermont Castings wood heater. Replaced shade in Bath room. Cleaned all dishes and cookware. Repaired shelf in Refrigerator door. Hauled off chewed up Queen size mattress, as other garbage left behind by tenants. All Appliances were very clean as were cabinets and hardwood floors.. Carpets were shampooed and deodorized and hung on rail of deck to dry. All windows and mirrors were spotless. The Cabin is now ready for guests.
