Description of Work: I drove by and saw a gorgeous table in the window. It was a Sunday (they are closed on Sundays), so I went back the next weekend to inquire about it. My husband and I paid for it, and Tyson's Furniture delivered it the next week.

Went to Tyson Furniture based on recommendations of several people in the area and Internet reviews. We meet our sales representative Tracy Griffith when we first entered the store. She was very helpful taking a lot of time to understand what we were looking for and exactly the styles we were interested in. Tyson’s has a broad and varied selection. Tracy very quickly helped us find pieces that fit our exact needs. The prices were very good. There was one piece that we needed to check between one of two size options. We were given very clear measurements and prices for the size options. There was also a piece that Tracy needed to research for us. We heard back from Tracy on the piece that needed research and she was able to find the right piece at a great price. Tyson delivered the furniture exactly when promised. The delivery people were courteous and careful. We will definitely be doing more business with Tyson Furniture and with Tracy Griffith.

Description of Work: We bought a large multi-piece entertainment center Dec 30, 2010. The piece was for our vacation home and we were only going to be there for one more day- Tyson's got it on the truck, dellivered and installed the next day- New Year's eve. The installers did a nice job of getting the multiple pieces assembled in short time, and took all the packing stuff away. We had one flaw- a glass shelf had a small defect in the front edge- noticeable because it was in the front (which was rounded; sides and back were square, so we couln't just turn the shelf around.). We called- they agreed to have the manufacturer replace it. When we picked it up, we found it didn't match- all 4 sides were square edged. Called again- Tyson's agreed to invetsigate. They found out the unit was discontiuned and the manufacturer could not provide a new shelf. Tyson's then did what it took- they contacted local glass shops until they found one that could provide a curved polished shelf of the right thickness and dimensions. We picked it up in April and it matches the rest of the shlevs- All this - no hassles from Tyson's- they just did what was right at no cost to us. Pleasant people, good quality.
