He was okay on price. He was fine but his helpers were not very good. He was fine on responsiveness. He was punctual. I think the fact that he didn't keep up with his guys...that was a problem. They installed some plants for us but when you do, you usually take them out of the burlap, it was wire wrap burlap containers, you pull them out of there and pull the roots out so that when you put them in...they just planted them in the ground with the wire wrap on them. So we had one tree actually die from that. We don't know whether to pull them up and free them or just let them keep trying to stop growing. We told them about it and he was not interested in helping us fix that problem. It need to be pulled out and the burlap needs to be cut away from the root so that it can grow. But I think his guys just stuck it in there because he wasn't there to watch them. When we told him about the problem, he was like, well oh well... I've used him for one other thing because he was cheap. He might have been my leaf removal guy but I don't think I am going to use him for any real landscaping anymore.

I scheduled the work with InDemand Landscape 2 to 3 weeks ahead, and they showed up as promised. They were kind enough to transport a heavy table garden from next door, at our last minute request. They completed the yard work in a timely and professional manner and billed us for 2 hours of work. The yard looks great and we will definitely be using them again! I have had other projects completed by them in the past, such as building retaining walls, filling in under our deck with gravel, installing a flagstone rock walk entry, etc. All work has been extremely professional, quoted correctly and billed accordingly. I have never been more impressed with a landscape company! Chris is a delight to work with and all of his workers are friendly and work hard the entire time! I highly recommend InDemand Landscape Systems to anyone!

I contacted InDemand via email using Angie's List to do the front yard over seeding. Chris (the owner) replied in 1-2 days and we met to discuss options. He gave a no pressure opinion on what to do. I said that I was undecided about doing the back yard since it is not visible from the the street and that I was considering planting trees along the property line. He said he would happy to give me an estimate for both seeding and trees. (I did not realize the planting of trees - the large size that I wanted - would be something his company would do.) He took his time to listen to what my wife and I wanted and got back to me in a few days with an estimate. At the time of the planting his crew was hard working - cleaned up after and really took time to be sure the trees were done right - evenly spaced, vertical, mulch, fertilizer, etc. I feel the job they did has already improved the value of my property.

It was $40 for the last service and they raised the rates this year. They are young, energetic and reliable. If you want something done, they will come by and talk with you to see what you want done. They are pretty agreeable about doing things, which is nice. We didn't call anybody else to check out the prices. The quality of their work, responsiveness and professionalism are all very good. Their punctuality is excellent. I will be using their services in two weeks again.
