Jim tore off and replaced a rotted bedroom extension on our 100+ year-old family cottage in Montreat, NC. He also expanded the kitchen onto part of the old bedroom, installing new kitchen cabinets and countertops. The job involved replacing rotten foundation joists, jacking up the sagging, old house floor to level it to the addition, pouring a concrete slab, custom-building countertops, replacing a retaining wall and other details.He altered and reinstalled two doors, rather than buying new, in order to maintain the character of the cottage. Excellent job in every respect and the family is thrilled.

He really delivered and did a first-class job on our exterior garage door which was completely rotted out.
