Description of Work: Prepared the exterior sidings , repaired and replaced rotten wood and sanded a large porch. Primed and painted the two story house.

We were constantly impressed as the group appeared on schedule each morning and went immediately to the tasks that were to be accomplished that day. The men worked as a team and maintained a friendly and cooperative attitude throughout the time spent at our home. Any requests that we made were handled immediately. Our home is a midcentury modern that was built in 1962. The appearance of the house has been drastically improved by the excellent work by A C F Painting and Decorating.
Description of Work: Mel Summersette and his team worked diligently and completed the work on our house on schedule. The work accomplished included replacing damaged siding on the garage, detailed preparation of surfaces including caulking, replacement of a door, replacement of a broken window pane and completely painting the exterior of the house and garage. Mel is an excellent consultant when choosing colors for a project. He is helpful and patient when decisions are being made. He uses the best products available to complete a project and his goal is to make sure you are happy with the results.
