Comfort South of Biscoe, NC is now AIRESERV of Biscoe, NC Ken Cagle, owner and James Smith, Sales Technician, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My wife & I were recovering from a previous horrific experience with Michael & Son Services where we were left with a ridiculously expensive amount of equipment that was unfinished & didnt work properly. With the help of the NCDOJ, Michael Michael & Son completely removed their equipment. Starting with a blank slate, AireServ designed and installed a complete high efficiency AC & heating system that works beautifully. The best part is Ken and James crew did all of the work for the proposed price with the highest degree of quality and professionalism. We were so happy to find these folks at AIRESERV who demonstrate the utmost care for their customers by providing excellent products, installation, & customer service at extremely reasonable & competitive prices.

Called them on Monday, met with them on Tuesday, had a new system installed before the weekend. On time and super friendly. Could not recommend them enough. We did have an issue with the system in July. I called them around 8:30 PM on a Friday and they had it fixed before noon on Saturday.

Out of three separate companies, Comfort South's proposal was not the least or most expensive, but it was the most detailed and comprehensive, listing a selection of products at different prices, and all other work that would be done. They worked with me to schedule the job at my convenience. They did delay installation by a day due to another job that had run long, but once here the team worked hard and completed the job before 4:00. They sent a tech out the following week to check equipment to make sure everything was working well.

This was on t of the best decisions i have ever made about ny home. Comfort south was professional and prompt with the installation. I have seen my overall energy bill reduce and the green technology makes me feel I'm doing something good for the environment.
