They changed a few details, which eventually posed a problem for me. When I selected the lot, it was flat, but they graded it uphill and it was very steep (driveway and front yard). I believe they did that for the view, but it was impossible for me to navigate. I spent a lot of money landscaping and trying to make it work, but eventually I had to sell. I requested a single-car garage and assumed they would build it the right size, but I couldn't store my car there. They said it was built for storage, not for a car, but no one told me that at the time. A garage is for sheltering your car! Also, they quit responding to my punch list despite multiple promises that they would make everything whole. Many people in the neighborhood complained of the same issues. I would never deal with Matt King or Kyle Mathers again!
