I did a full remodel on a home and needed siding replaced. These guys came out quick for an estimate and gave the best price for the job. I was pleased with how fast the project got done, and did an amazing job. Very friendly and professional. I Will definitely hire again for my future projects.

Called Mr Sanchez on (10/18/2024) I explained the Ceiling Project that I wanted to have done @ first he said well I'm in Fuqua Varina right now & it would be a $60.00 trip charge to come & give you a estimate, I did not agree to that charge, told him that if that was the deal then I would go to another HandyMan for my Issue, but he did agree to come out on the 18th of November & give me a estimate on my Project(First Estimate was $1000.00, we did negotiate down to $950.00, keep in mind this is only a Stripe of very small wood(24" \on ceiling in Living room area, then we spoke again on or about 24th or 25th of October, explained to I spoke to Israel Sanchez & informed him that my Wife was very sick & that he would not be able to start the job on Saturday(October 26th) (Keep in mind that on the 18th of October) i did Zelle through my bank $200.00) to a Secilia Badillo(Ph# 919-464-6980) a gesture of completing my project,Myself & Israel begin to speak & negotiate again about the total price of my Project, we both agreed that he would do the work for a Grand total of $850.00. & a total of $650.00 to be paid upon completion of the job, we talked via phone for Approx 15min & he even Verbally said Handshake on the Phone Call & we both agreed on $850.00(Total) Israel was to come on Saturday(October 2nd ) to complete my project, we both agreed that he would arrive to start work on this project @ 8:00,well this is were it get's bad, 8:30am on the 2nd of October, no Israel, gave him until 10:45 & Text him again with no response so I called him on his Mobile @ 11:06am, he answered & very quickly told me that he was not going to do my project that he was working in Cary NC & that he was making more Money there & would return my $200.00 that I had already payed (Upfront)hung up the Phone on me, I then Immediately called the Phone#of Secilia Badillo(were I did a Zelle Transaction of the $200.00(919-464-6980) She did answer the Phone & I Demanded my $200.00 back In Full to my Bank Zelle Account since Israel just completely blew my Project off & did not even communicate to me or show up, She(Secilia Badillo) informed me that I was only getting $150.00 back due to him coming out to my Home for the estimate(Read the first Part of this Complaint) Israel & I had already talked about this coming out for a estimate(No Charge), she did send $150.00 back to my Bank Zelle, but I want my other $50.00 back(Not Authorize him or her to keep this Money) This Contractor(Sanchez Custom Woodwork) should not be Allowed to do any work for anyone in the State of North Carolina..will take your Money, but if he get's a hogher paying one on the same day he suppose to do your's (He will not SHOW UP) & surely don't give him anythig upfront, This is the worst expierence that I have ever had w/ a contractor & trying to steal your Money just because he thinks he can.

Work was done on time and efficiently. Any unexpected issues or concerns were communicated clearly.

They did an amazing job, I highly recommend them.
