It went very well, they were on time.

We had them out yesterday and we had them haul away some things for us. Three employees came out and it took them about 45 minutes to an hour. They were pleasant and scheduling was very easy. We were very happy with them.

Very nice people! They came and removed a truck load of junk for us. I bought the $59 deal, but we also wanted some paint and other chemicals removed, so they charged a little more. They told us this upfront when we made the appointment, so no surprises. I would recommend.

I was paranoid about letting them into my house. They came in and used harsh chemicals on my cultured marble, which can potentially ruin it. The house stunk after they left. Also, they only vaccuumed in the high traffic areas, and it barely cleaned anything at all. I was very glad when they left.

They did a great job. Arrived on time and got right to it. My goal was to be able to get two cars in the garage and it worked! Very pleasant to work with.

It went excellent. On time, quick, no nonsense. VERY satisfied. Will use again.

They took away all of the items that I needed hauled...landscaping items and other household items. The owner or someone had a family emergency so someone else came to pick up the items. They called me the morning of and told me when to expect the pick up. That is when she told me about their emergency. I could really understand if they canceled because of the circumstances but they upheld the agreement which demonstrates professionalism and accountability in the face of a serious problem. The person who came to my home didn't know how to get there and I gave him turn by turn directions but it is when there is a problem that shows what a company is made of. I give them a Excellent rating because of their work in the face of difficulty. I was relieved that she didn't cancel because I really needed this completed or the group on would expire before I would've had a chance to use it because I was going out of the country for a while. The guys who came over did exactly what I needed, they were very nice and didn't take long.

The pick-up service itself was good. They arrived on time, and they quickly removed the things I wanted removed. They were friendly and careful. I gave them a B because I had some issues setting up the appointment. This is a very small company. I think a key person had a health issue and they were offline for a bit. Once I got the appointment scheduled, all went well.

Garage has never looked better. Everything cleaned organized into stations and all junk hauled away.

After we had scheduled the service, they called about 2 hours before the approximate time we had set. They hauled all the items identified and took the items away for disposal. Very courteous and organized.

They arrived on time. I spent about 10 minutes with them explaining what needed to be kept and what could be trashed. They took everything out of the garage and then swept it out. They dusted for cobwebs and even cleaned the mildew off the front of our freezer. Then they put everything back into the garage in an organized manner. I did point out that they had missed some spiders under a blind and they promptly cleaned that.

Really terrific. We would definitely use them again.

They came at the correct time. The biggest item was a huge 32 inch Sony old TV that weighed a ton. I was shocked that the staff consisted of a mid thirties woman and her teenage daughter. Was amazed that they could handle all that heavy stuff, especially down a flight of stairs. Great Job.

I called the first time and the person said they will call me back and I didn't get a call back. I left a message the second time and no response. I contacted Angie's list, and then the vendor contacted me via email. She explained that she didn't have my number from the first call and that her child was injured from a pit bull. I sent another email to schedule a date but I didn't hear anything back. I contacted Angie's list again for a full refund.

They stacked everything possible, bungeed it down and towed it off. There were no problems, except one person was very afraid of dogs. If you use these folks (and you should, they were great) make sure you can secure your dog.

They were supposed to come back on the 12th to do the job, but we mutually rescheduled it because of the weather. I called them the morning of the 17th. She said that they were too busy to get it scheduled soon. Finally, she said that she could try and get it scheduled on the 27th after rearranging some appointments, but had to get back in touch with me. She has not yet gotten in touch with me. She is not answering her phone or returning my messages.

They performed beyond my wildest expectation and they did their work with extreme care and intelligence. This was not a mere trash removal. They put things in logical order with little input from me. The Queen asked me if I wanted the kitchen cleaned-out and I assumed that meant removing the few empty boxes in there. Wrong! They proceeded to unpack and store kitchenware, dishes, and food. They arranged everything in there. All in a perfectly logical manner with little to no input from me. They found a cutlery organizer on the floor of the dining room, cleaned it, and arranged all the flatware in it and placed it in a drawer. Food that was in opened boxes in the dining room was placed in the cabinets and packing materials (from Amazon) were placed on their trailer. My kitchen is now broom clean, well ordered, and ready for use with new found room to work. I had been living on a trawler in Washington, NC with ?stuff" in two storage units. That ?stuff? takes up too much room in this house - but they created room in which to live. Having freed-up the living room, dining room, and kitchen, they asked if there were more boxes to remove. Well, in the bedroom there were; but I had thought it was too difficult to navigate between things in use and clothes strewn about. So, I asked them to just remove the empty boxes. About 40 minutes later, clothes were hung in the closet using new hangers which had just arrived from Amazon. Photographic and other hobby gear was neatly stored in the bedroom closet on shelving. Then, they used their broom to clean the floor as good as using a vacuum cleaner. I could not believe the care that was taken with my possessions. I now have only one room of stuff to deal with at my leisure. Every scrap of trash now filled their large trailer. I learned a few things that might apply to you. As a senior citizen with limited ability to move things, especially post-op, I was not a good estimator of how much two healthy, intelligent, and thoughtful people could accomplish. Do not make estimates based upon your abilities. In slightly less than 2 hours (4 man-hours) they accomplished what would have taken me weeks to achieve with frequent breaks. Just watching them and cutting a few boxes tired me out. In general, have the vendor estimate what they can do in a given amount of time. When they arrived, what I saw was a powerful woman accompanied by a slight, younger woman. My working years to include service in Army Special Forces did not prepare me for what this pair could do. Use them for moving-in and out of your dwelling or anything that requires care and cleanliness. Prepare to be amazed. They set high standards for themselves and then meet or exceed them. Apropos of the Winter Olympics, the King & Queen of Clean get a Gold Medal in job performance. I strongly recommend them for any job they agree to take on. I am grateful to Angie?s List for arranging this special deal.

I was not told ahead of time that the garage clean-out would only occur during normal working hours Monday - Friday and since both my husband and I work full-time, it was a great inconvenience and I had to take time off from work to be here for the cleaning. I was promised "4 man hours" of garage cleaning but the lady showed up at 11:45 a.m. and left at 2:15 p.m. While here, the lady received at least 4 calls from her children. The cleaning was initially scheduled for later in the day, (1:00 p.m.?} but she called me that morning to schedule it sooner in the day. I agreed to a noon start time because that was the earliest I could get home from work however, I found out the lady showed up at 11:45 a.m. (my elderly parents were home and told me so). I really felt cheated because she didn't give me 4 hours of cleaning time. Also the fact that she took calls from her children while "working" was extremely unprofessional of her. I would NEVER hire her or her company again!

They were excellent and I was very happy with them. They were a little bit delayed by traffic because there was an accident, but when they got here, the work was done very efficiently and quickly.

The people that arrived were not the ones scheduled, they told me this. It was a family emergency so no problem at all, but I had to guide the driver via multiple phone calls. They called me when they got lost and were on the other side of town. That was my only issue. Once they arrived they were very professional and did a great job. Very personable and hard working. I would only suggest if there is an emergency either print some Google Maps directions or give the replacement driver a GPS. I would still recommend them.

The young man was very professional and very pleasant. We would definitely hire him again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was pretty good. There were no additional charges. They cleaned conscientiously and nothing was missing so that was good. We're young and we still clean the house, but we had them clean it. We're not that old, and we usually just clean it ourselves. I really don't know what housecleaning people are supposed to do, but they did fine. Their crew was more than 2 people so that was scary at first because more than one stranger in the house cleaning, you wonder what they are doing, and you can't keep track of them. I don't have houses cleaned very much. I don't know how much they are supposed to charge, but it seems like a deal.

They were wonderful. They were enthusiastic and helpful. They were very good. They could use a larger hauling device, but they still managed to fit everything in it.

If the distance is too far then the company should not include your area in its ad. If there is a question about something then it is courteous to call and get the facts (such as the weight) before trying to cancel at the last minute. Emergencies happen but when people sympathize and try to reschedule (at the company's request), then the company should follow through or at least comminucate with the customer as to what is going on. Angie's List refunded our money and applied it to another, more expensive, deal to get the stuff removed. The representative was extremely kind and helpful but we ended up being penalized by having to spend extra money on another deal. This company should never be allowed to advertise on any service like Angie's List.
