initial go through after they were through looked alright. Looking closer there was dust on floors and furniture ,around toilets had not been touched,bathtub had not been touched,hardwood floors had a "film on them ". two workers were here for 2 hours only not the three hours in the deal.

The scheduling worked out very well. They emailed me consistently. They are going to do the work in June.

Worst experience I've ever had with a business! I called her in advance of purchasing the deal to be sure she was really a professional organizer, and that all the things in my garage would actually be organized. She assured me that everything in the garage would be removed, organized, and put back in the garage. This did not happen. Some of the items in our garage were removed, they used OUR brooms to sweep our garage floor, and everything was shoved back in the garage - not even in the same place where it was when they started. I had hoped that they would put the kids' toys in one place, bins in one place, etc. You know - ORGANIZE! But I basically paid $175 to have my garage floor swept! She barely spoke 2 sentences to me while she was there - and when I asked her if she was going to actually organize my garage, she said "We don't go into bins and take things out." I didn't expect her to do that. But I DID expect her to actually ORGANIZE it. To me, that means you take everything out, put things that are alike together, and then organize it NEATLY back into the garage. I should have known she had no intention of working up to 4 hours when I saw her two kids sitting in the backseat of her car! In sum, PLEASE do not let other people waste their money on this con artist! This "big deal" was a total RIP OFF!

The first time there was a mis communication. We had scheduled an appointment and they missed the appointment. We re-scheduled and they did not show to that appointment as well. I contacted the company again to reschedule and have not heard back from them. I am now getting a refund for the deal. However, when I did speak with a woman each the company they were pleasant and professional.

They were supposed to do up to 6 hrs or housecleaning. I walked them through the whole house and told them what I wanted. At the end of the walk through, they reminded me they were only here up to 6 hrs. They were over 30 minutes late and only stayed for 1 hr. Worst cleaning I've ever seen. Not only did they push dirt around, the didn't sweep any rugs, sweep the floor, mop the floor, or wipe down the counters. Very disappointing. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

It went extremely well. A husband and wife team arrived promptly and got all of our items out of the house very efficiently. I was doubtful that they would get it all in one load, but they did! A great job and I would recommend them highly to anyone needing such service. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

I met the owner at the door and let her in on my way to work. She appeared on time. I left her at my home to do the housecleaning. When I came home: * found a bottle of chemicals in the middle of the floor *did not clean all of my bathrooms *did not mop a floor *used lemon scented chemicsls, which I specifically requested NOT be used *cleaned all furniture, countertops, glass and woodwork with the same product *smears on glasstop inserts on wood furniture *dusting was smeared on all wooden furniture *asked for desktop to not be touched and it was, computer was unplugged *No disinfectants used *DID NOT return calls Good points: punctual, did not take any belongings, and vacuumed nicely I would not call this service again, and I do not recommend them. Was not worth the money.

They arrived early and removed everything in less than 30 minutes.

It took a while for them to get out to the house. Some of it was the rain, but other problems were communication. There was some frustration about this, but when they finally did come they did a good job.

I have no idea. Just a response would be nice, even if they are busy. This is what a professional business would do.

Prompt. They weren't able to do everything I thought I might have them do because we had had water damage in our kitchen and the floors were all ripped out, and there were fans and dehumidifiers going in the kitchen area. They did everything else they could and were understanding about the commotion and dust that the kitchen repairs caused. Also, I had recently had surgery and had not been able to do much to prepare for the cleaning. They were understanding of that as well.

That went good. I paid more than the big deal but it was a real mess so I knew it wasn't going to be the same. They were polite, professional and likeable. They did a good job. Their price was good.

No services were performed because no one answered e-mails through Angie's List or the e-mail listed. Voice mails were also not returned.

Company never scheduled appointment so we did the work ourselves.

I cancelled this service before I used them. I received a full refund. It is impossible to write a review since I did not use them to do anything!

The only positive thing I can say is that the crew showed up as promised. The leader toured the house on what was to be done, asking no questions and making no comment. When my wife mentioned she had the flu, they decided to leave, the leader saying they were afraid of catching the disease since none of the crew had had a flu shot. The leader rejected my suggestion that they get the shots at any of the drug stores in the area, return and do the work. That was rejected. The leader offered to reschedule but could not do so before April 10th as requested because of the coming visit of family from England . The crew then repacked the few cleaning supplies and drove off. .I am seeking a full refund or have it applied to a different firm. Thank you.

The work was done professionally, and they worked hard and quickly. I had given them a couple rooms that I wanted clean within the time frame that they gave me, but they were finished before the time was up. It was a little awkward when I told them there was more to clean to fill in the time left.

It took them three months to get out to do it and when she came told me that there wre certain things that they didn't take (she went ahead and took them)but that was not included in the description.

So far everything has been fine. They did try and respond to me and for some reason they were not getting the information that I requested and sent them through the Angie's List website. They were responsive and they did not have any available times that I requested. I wish they would have left more information when they left me a message and there was some back and forth.

Second time I used them. Super prompt, very fast and efficient. They come and do the job in a very professional way. When the weather was bad and they had to cancel Audrey rescheduled me , no problem, for a few days later. The Big Deals are great, but I would not hesitate to use them any other time. I give them top grades!

Scheduled promptly. Showed up on time. Worked fast and diligently. Pulled everything out of garage, cleaned floor and walls thoroughly, then logically put everything away for us and removed junk as requested. Created tons of space for us and did the work faster than we ever could or would have ourselves. Great job!

It was great. They got the job done in about 2 hours. They sent just one person out to do the job. They were fine to work with.
