Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $220. I was taken back because fine details did not list non-cleaning of appliances. They were on time. even though I put the oven on for auto-cleaning, she still did not clean. They also would not clean out my fridge. I just assumed these items would be in the deal.

Description of Work: Audrey did a great job - I am actually still wondering how she fit all the items we needed hauled away in one load. My neighbors were scratching their heads as well. I appreciate the constant communication and flexibility displayed especially in light of a family emergency which forced me to go out of town missing my coupon deadline. Audrey worked with me and rescheduled. She and her team cleaned out the attic, a couple of rooms, a couch, old christmas trees, a ton of books, and more too embarrassed to list. Great courteous service - clearly a pro and I will ask them to come back and help organize our garage!!! thanks!

Description of Work: Audrey was very responsive and easy to work with. I had to call and cancel a few times and dates were shuffled around and easily rescheduled according to my conflicts. Audrey and team arrived on time and were incredibly efficient. My garage was disorganized and filthy! We had stacks of junk and Audrey and team organized it into piles, items requiring recycling,breaking down boxes and large containers to make it more manageable, trash, etc. They were in and out in two hours, including a run to the dump!

Description of Work: An appointment after purchase was established in March 2013. Tried to contact for possibly rescheduling. No response until e-mail sent through Angie's List. Was then contacted by provider and reestablished same date and time. After over two hours waiting for provider to perform sevice, I called and stated on the voice mail that I was unable to wait any longer and wanted to cancel. Provider then called back and said the date was tomorrow and not today (04-23-2013). This contradicted a phone call on 04-22-2013 to reestablish the original date of the 23rd that was set up in March. Indicated that I wanted to now cancel and be refunded my charge of $175. No service was received and it was a very difficult, unpleasant experience. Thank you.
