The garage clean-out and hauling was done on time and very professionally. The price was worth every penny.

Great customer service! Audrey was very responsive and stayed in touch throughout the the scheduling process and service date. She was flexible and informative. The crew that came was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

From start to finish it went great. I was called the day before to confirm my time for the next day. I was called again on Saturday and was informed of an approximate time. When they were on their way they called again to let me know they would be there momentarily. I showed them the area that needed to be cleaned out and without hesitation they set about doing the work. I was impressed by their efficiency and willingness to work hard. Within an hour they had loaded all my "stuff" on their trailer and were pulling out of my drive way. I would definitely use this service again and would be willing to try their other services of housecleaning and/or yard work.

I purchased an "Deal" which was a great price. I got 4 hours of cleaning and a load of trash hauled to the dump. Two people came and worked very hard removing trash and boxes and extras from my garage. I can now get two cars in the garage! They did run out of time before the garage was empty, but I was very pleased with what they accomplished and my garage looks so much better and has so much more usable space. I would hire them again and would recommend them to others.

They were able to take all but the largest branches which were too big to fit on their trailer. Professional, and family-owned. Would use them again for their services with reasonable prices.

They arrived at appt time and did a good thorough job.

It worked out fine. We had to put her on hold because we were trying to finish some things up in the house and she was very willing to wait. We were suppose to use it by the end of the year in 2012 and she let us use it at the end of January. She did an excellent job. They provided excellent service. I asked for advice on a spot and she was very willing to provide that advice and know how. It was an excellent service.

The person who answered the phone seemed a little irked that I lived in Chapel Hill, seemed too far our for them. We set a date. Since they weren't sure what time on that date they'd come by, she said they'd call. At 4:30 in the afternoon, I called them. I was told that they called but nobody was home. Checked caller ID, seems they called but hung up, never left a message, just hung up when they got an answering machine. Now she tells me that I'll need to reschedule and provide them with a valid phone number. When I told her I did provide a valid phone number, she tells me she doesn't like my attitude and maybe I should just get a refund. Now, I am starting to get a little ticked off (wasted a whole day here) so I tell her, "yea that is a good idea, how do I get a refund?" She hung up Avoid these folks.

Team arrived early, were very polite and efficient. Good experience overall.

I have used cleaning services in other cities and I was disappointed that I had to go over areas that were done poorly or not at all. Especially since my husband bought this cleaning as a birthday present and I still had to clean up after they left

I purchased the big deal; $65 for one truckload of junk removal. I called Audrey on a Friday and she was able to remove everything the very next day! She worked quickly and efficiently and I will definitely be calling her again when I need help with the garage.

Very nice people, but we were dissatisfied with the results.

They were prompt getting here and they worked hard the whole time they were here. The main thing we had them do was our two showers that were pretty bad and got them nice and clean and also they could have been a little bit careful because they did go back and forth between both bathrooms constantly. The chair, brushes and cleaners did drip stuff on the way back and forth though they could have come a little bit better supply. They actually had to use some of our brushes and our cleaner. They could have been a little bit more careful. They did also was our floor down the main floor and I actually went back and did it again my self because all they did was to go over with the mop but they didn't scrub so I have to do it again and it was still very dirty. They in here the time they said they would.

It was fabulous. Great communication about when they would arrive. I have chemical sensitivities and they did a great job of working with me on what to use and what I couldn't tolerate. They are hard workers and they did all the little things that I really appreciated, like the baseboards and the kitchen sink drain. Great attention to detail. I am signing up for them to clean every two weeks. Excellent value. Really nice people.

We were not very satisfied. They were right on time, but they never cleaned our master bathroom. The shower was not clean and I will not use them again. There were three people here and I felt like they were not on the same page at all. One was busy talking and texting and so it was just not a good thing. I told her about the shower and she came back and said she thought it was washed, but it wasn't. As soon as I got my other house cleaner back in she just got rid of it all. They were not very good. Their price was pretty high considering what they did. I went back to my regular house cleaner and she does a much better job. She also charges less.

They were fantastic. My experience with them was just excellent all the way around. I have a lot of fur in the house from two longhaired cats and they did a great job getting that up. They were very professional. They were very polite. They just did a quality job. I would absolutely recommend them. I think that they are thorough. They clean things I really did not even expect them to clean.

They were really polite and pleasant but I was kind of disappointed with the floors when they left; they were all dirty. They did mop them down on the way out but I have laminate floors in my entire downstairs and I was not real happy with the way they turned out. One of the toilet tops also was not cleaned at all. It was not a thorough housecleaning and not like a spring cleaning. I thought their price was good because I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They returned my initial phone call and we scheduled the service on that return call. They talked on their phones while they were here. I went with the price so I guess you get what you pay for.

They were fine. They did a good job. They did everything that we asked them. They were very responsive. Once we got a hold of each other, it was easy to set an appointment. We are happy with the way the house looks.

I had originally purchased a Big Deal Coupon for garage cleanout. Since they were not able to schedule me for a month, I opted to cancel the purchase.

They did an ok job. They didn't really do everything the deal mentioned. It was supposed to be two cleaners and only one showed up. She didn't even stay as long as the deal said the price covered. They were supposed to do a little cleaning of the base boards and not one of them was touched. That was the most disappointing as I was really hoping for help in that area. Overall, I have had better cleaning and service from cleaners I have used in the past. I will look elsewhere for my next cleaning.

I like the people. I hated how they cleaned my floors. It took me two weeks to straighten out the mess they made. Everything except the floor cleaning was good, but considering that was what I was most interested in was getting a good floor cleaning. She used Murphy's oil on the floors so they looked like there was a film on them. It took a long time for me to get it fixed. I was not particularly happy about that. They were very polite. It was two women and one of the women's daughters who came. They actually got here early. They said they will finish the job so they got here an hour early. They finished it in good time. I think I got good value for the money except for floor cleaning. They did great jobs with the counters, bathrooms, etc.

Mother daughter team arrived promptly and did work as expected. Did not try to sell more visits or discuss additional work. I was very pleased with work and price.

It went fine and they did a good job. However, there were papers behind our bed and a few other places that were never picked up. We often do this when we try out a service to test the fit and finish of their service. They were in our house for three hours and obviously they never vacuum under the bed or behind the dressers. There were minor things as well, streaks in the mirror and some dust bunnies left behind but nothing serious. For $250 dollars and what is advertised as a spring cleaning where were expecting a little more.

I contacted King and Queen of Clean to haul away junk. Audrey responded promptly to my email to schedule a mutually convenient time. On the scheduled day she arrived on time, and was very courteous. The junk was located in our crawl space and she worked diligently and efficiently to load her trailer with the materials and then hauled them away.
