King & Queen of Clean

King & Queen of Clean was supposed to clean my house when my family came into town. I purchased a Big Deal from them in April and called to schedule it. At first they seemed very reliable and were easy to schedule with. I didn't need their service until June, when my family would arrive. We scheduled the service for June 9, 2014 at 9 a.m. I even contacted them beforehand to confirm but I got no response. I worked from home the date of June 9th so I could be there when they arrived. No one called or showed up to my home. My sister-in-law had to help me clean my house. She took the bottom floor and I took the top floor. I am extremely disappointed at this situation, especially considering I paid for the service up front and still had to clean my own house. Please do not use this company!!

They never called me back. I am going to get a refund for the deal.

It went pretty well. We misunderstood the limitations of the deal like windows and had hired them as preparation for showing the house to sell. The moving package was much more expensive. So they did a good job with what was covered under the package and were done in about 2.5 hours.

They arrived late, and basically just swept out my garage, got the cobwebs out. They were supposed to clean the inside windows, they didn't do that.They re-organized everything back in the garage so that it looked much improved, but my husband and I had done much of the prep work before, so it was really superficial. The most disappointing part was that all they did was sweep. Lots of the things they moved out and back in are still covered with spider webs. I thought they would wash things off, do the windows. They missed a ledge in the garage that is by the steps. They did haul away the things I didn't want anymore. They are kind of creepy. I got the feeling they do this to find things they can possibly resell. I will never use them again, for the price, it was way not worth it.

It went very well. The outcome was better than expected...

She was very quick and professional. We had a dispute that was settled quickly and professionally.

I have been trying to schedule with since I purchased the deal in March. I have been communicating with Aundrey Battle. She has no showed to several appointments and has not been responding to calls and emails.

Cancelled the first time for a family issue, and did not show up at all the second time.

Cleaners were easy to work with. We rated quality low because they did a superficial job and not to our standards. They applied caulk to cover up slightly dirty grout instead of actually cleaning it, so that was less than professional and deceptive.They were punctual and easy to communicate with, which is hard to find.

They're the worst provider I've dealt with in my three years using Angie's List to find providers for multiple renovations in two different properties. Five phone calls, three messages, and two emails over a three month period have all been ignored - they clearly are hoping to keep the money from the deals they sold without having to complete the work. Even if they were to agree to complete the work I now have no confidence in what quality the employees would be or how well the work would be performed given their extreme lack of professionalism with something as basic as scheduling and responding to customers.

It went really well! They actually even honored the Deal after it expired. They were right on time and did exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.

It was fine. The price was excellent. She was on time and confident. I am going to hire them again.

They were very responsive and prompt on the day of pickup. The only complaint I have is we were told up to 900lbs, but they were not able to take all of the items we wanted hauled away. It's actually 900lbs or items that can fit on the trailer.

The cleaners were right on time. The overall cleaning quality was thorough with exception to our hall stairway that was not vacuumed, but this was not a major issue. We were overall pleased with the service.

They did a fantastic job in cleaning and organizing. they took their time and did a super job. I would highly recommend this company.

We were unable to arrange a time. I left a lot of messages and nothing seemed to get through.

Like the other comments, I have to agree that getting the appointment scheduled was a bit of a challenge. My guess is the response to the special was high and the woman that runs this business is busy all day with jobs so it's difficult to make time to schedule appointments. Just be patient and flexible. Once they (2 women) arrived they worked very hard and very quickly. I was hoping they could also remove a pile of wood in the back yard, but the business owner said we reached our weight limit and they couldn't take the wood. I was a bit disappointed, but they did get rid of several heavy, bulky items that would have been much harder for us to dispose of on our own. The experience was good and I would use them again in the future.

Difficult to set a date Appearance unprofessional Cleaning was fine with one major exception - the floors were/are sticky. Would appreciate a follow up visit to correct this.

We wanted the work done before Easter because we had 20 people coming over to our house. we made numerous attempts to contact them to get service scheduled. When we finally got in contact with them we scheduled them to come out on 5/15 at 3pm. They never showed for the appointment and there was absolutely no contact from them saying that they could not make it. Also, we received rude remarks from them in an email when my wife was just trying to get our service scheduled or get our money back.

Communication is not the best. Had to try and reach them a couple times. Cancelled once because of the weather so I cant hold that against them. They brought a truck that was too small for all the boxes and left 5% behind. they gave a price of $60.00 to come back for the rest of the boxes. I was supposed to get a estimate to clean my home as well but they didn not remember so we decided not to use them.

A few things that should have been trashed got left behind otherwise a very good job

The offer is for 6 hours of cleaning. She was done in just under 3 hours. That is approx $30/hr. She was polite but the quality of the work was lacking. I've probably used and 6 hired maids over the past 25 years, and I'd have to give this lady the worst marks. She really didn't clean things thoroughly. The cleaner she used on the hardwoods made them look dull. The toilet was not cleaned, there were plenty of streak marks on the hard surfaces. After sweeping and moping the kitchen floor it was easy to see that dirt was was missed. In general, I'd not recommend or pay for their services again. If I had to summarize the experience, I'd say that she knew the cleaning job was a promotional job and didn't expect any repeat business.

It turned out very well. It was very difficult initially to get in touch with them by phone to get the service scheduled. They came as they said they would and did a very good job. They sent 4 cleaners out to do the job. They were in and out very quickly. We also decided we would have them back again and she has been very helpful, cooperative, polite, and personable. I would recommend them highly.

We had no complaints. They were easy to get in touch with and came on time.

They did not show up, call, text or email the day of the appointment to let us know they were not coming. They did not return our phone calls or respond to our messages until the next day. We were terribly inconvenienced.
