King & Queen of Clean

King and Queen were paid ahead of time, they no showed have my money and no return calls. BEWARE!

Great. Didn't take very long at all.

They were wonderful. I had been sick and in hospital for several weeks and the house was in a horrible state. It was a lot of work to put it right and it was done quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

After several emails an appointment was finally set. No one showed up. After sending an email asking what happened, received this: He was in an accident on the way back from the first appointment... I meant to get in contact with you earlier but with everything I didn't. I do apologize. Audrey When I replied was still interested Audrey rescheduled for today at 9:00am. Again a no show and no contact. Sent an email asking what happened this time at 10:45am no response.

I am so grateful to Audrey and her crew. I'm a senior with arthritis and an inability to take care of the mess I had allowed to accumulate. I've lived in my house for 14 years with seven cats and two dogs (all but one of them gone now). To put it mildly, I'm a lousy housekeeper, probably qualifying as a hoarder, although more from perpetual procrastination than love of the possessions. This situation was an acute embarrassment to me, and I share it now because I suspect there are people out there who would like to know that help is available! Audrey and her crew were very diplomatic and non-judgmental about the situation, which was as important to me as the actual cleaning up. The pets had caused considerable damage to the furniture and floors, and the lack of attention over the years resulted in about 5 trailer loads of junk being hauled to the junkyard. Audrey and her crew worked very quickly and without complaint cleaning out all but two bedrooms completely. (They'll be back soon to finish up). Communication throughout the process (two and a half days) was excellent, they arrived on time and went straight to work, working for several hours each time they came, putting up with the irritation of a barking dog and visiting mice who popped out from time to time. The rooms they cleared now look habitable again. I told them they probably literally saved my life. Their work has resulted in my being able to navigate the house safely. After the last two bedrooms are cleared, I'll engage them for regular housekeeping services so that no one will ever have to undergo such a horrendous project again. They do have a very busy schedule, so flexibility is important in that regard, but the communication as I said earlier is excellent. A bit of trash was left in the yard on journeys from the house to the trailer, but given how tired I know they were after the hours of very hard work they put in, this very minor thing is too minor to downgrade them from the A's in quality I happily gave them. I would heartily recommend them to anyone with big jobs or routine ones.

They did a really good job. They were really fast and efficient. They seem to know what they were doing. It took them an hour and a half to finish the job. It’s definitely worth the money. They had to reschedule but they called me and it had to do with one of the people having to go to the hospital so I thought that was reasonable. They showed up a little early and they called up to make sure that was okay. They were very professional.

I purchased this Big Deal quite a while ago. However, I have been very ill for several months. I spoke to Mrs. Audrey Battle several times to try to find a way to get this done in a timely manner. She was extremely patient and understanding. Anytime I called or emailed her, she'd responded within a day. Tha next time I need her help, I would not even consider calling anyone else. Very punctual, professional , and their prices are great!

At first, we had a difficult time connecting, but once connected, they were very helpful. I had to pay additional fee for Wake County landfill. This was not on ad, and I suggested they add it to their advertisement. Was very pleased with their work.

Everything looks good. They work hard and got the job done quickly. They did everything they needed to do. I would recommend them to everybody.

No problems whatsoever. They arrived on time, cleaned out the garage, and hit the road.

King & Queen of Clean did exactly what was needed, scheduled us for a Junk Hauling & Removal date, and then came and took it all away. When I called to schedule, Audrey helped to get us in sooner than her "first calendar opening" by calling a few of her regular customers to see if someone would be willing to switch dates - and that was a really big help to us. She came promptly on the 12th, and proceeded to load up her trailer with all our junk, and took it all away. She was a polite, strong (!), hard worker, and was sure I was satisfied with everything.

Went well. The advertisement said a truck load but what showed up was a trailer pulled by a small pick up. That said they were able to get all my stuff loaded and hauled away. Clean up afterwards was supposed to be part of the deal but that was not done. But I have to say that it was the best $59 I've spent in a long time

Very good., They were here early and except for backing the trailer up and running over a plant they were great. They worked quickly and without interruption and left.

I bought one of the BigDeals. The "Queen" of clean dropped by but came with an underage girl and no one else to help. She was trailing a ricketty trailer. Explained that she had her people quit on her that day and that she had also separated form the "king" of clean. She saw the small pile of wood that needed to be removed and with the help of the young girl picked a few peices and said her people will come and pick up the rest as the injury on her arm was getting worse and not allowing her to work anymore. Took some pictures for detailed instruction for her people. And said that she will issue a refund if the people do not do the job. She or her people never showed up again. And no refund was credited to my account. This ceratinly negative experience, a very different outcome, an aberration, form the providers that I have used with the help of my membership with Angie's List. I felt sorry for her and her situation. Yet, she could have just rescheduled the job or offered to do it another day and kept her promise.

The team was very responsive to securing a date that met my needs. When the team arrived, they were professional and courteous. The material was removed in minimal time (about 30 minutes). All items to be removed were removed.

The provider came into my house smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, to start off. I wasn't sure what to expect when she showed up alone, but she assured me she was accustomed to cleaning entire houses by herself. She tackled the main bathroom, and did a fairly thorough job, but then the quality of her work rapidly declined from there. She did a sort of cursory vacuum cleaning, leaving lots of dust behind, and did incredibly inadequate job in the kitchen. The kitchen floor was still filthy when she ran out the door. Angie's List deals are usually pretty good, but I have to say I got less than I paid for on this one.

Cleaning service as per the deal mentioned, however not satisfactory due to setting up the appointment was longer. Cleaning solution was not the better one. Same towels for cleaning multiple surface like bathroom and kitchen.

It took awhile to get the service scheduled. I left several phone messages and finally sent an email. The email was answered promptly and I was told that was the preferred method of communication. It would have made things easier had this been stated in their information. Once scheduled they arrived on time and did a good job.

I paid for a whole house cleaning. My house is about 2500 sq ft and there was little to no clutter to pick up or work around, so I expected a good cleaning to be accomplishable in the allotted time. That is not what I received. Some of my complaints include: Visible brown grime on my shower floor (I could scrape it off with my fingernail), as well as the "pink residue/mold" (or whatever tends to accumulate in bathrooms). The pink stuff is easy to remove even without using cleaners. Toilets were not cleaned well, if at all (pink 'ring' in the bowl and grime on the outside of the bowl). Dusty baseboards in the area that I checked, which led me to think that none of the baseboards were done. One side of the kitchen sink (where we have a dish drainer) was not cleaned at all, nor were the blinds above the kitchen sink. I sent all of this information to Audrey via email because I wanted to give her a chance to correct the problem before rating her company on Angie's List. I even said this in my email, because she did seem like a nice person who was willing to reschedule with me and work out a time that fit my needs. However, the reply I received was in line with other replies you will see on here (blaming the customer, making excuses, insulting my house, etc). Her reply ended with "I am terribly sorry we didn't meet your expectations. It was a pleasure meeting you and your family... we wish you well in finding a company to meet your needs. Thanks!" Wow...I am amazed that there was no effort to rectify the situation. I just don't see how anyone could have been proud of the job that was done that day. I want to reiterate that I appreciated Audrey's flexibility, as I had to cancel my original appointment last minute. I hope that my experience was in the minority but I just can't recommend this company, sorry.

They were efficient and pleasant.

I previously hired them to clean out/organize my garage and was pleased. With the house cleaning, it was just ok. Was not very thorough.

Many problems, but the last straw was lying to me about being at my house when she never showed up. I was there the whole time.

After moves and relocation of a business, we had lots of extra stuff. These guys were an amazing help.
