I had a large TV to be removed from my basement. It was removed without damage to my walls.

They said they would have at least two people to come out and help move. Only one person showed up and it was a lady so I had to help her move a lot of stuff. The truck they had was very small too. It was not what I expected. I still have a lot stuff left in my house and she said she couldn’t take more. I was disappointed. On a positive note, they did schedule it and come on time.

I had to make three calls to schedule the pick-up. My first two messages were not returned. My appointment was scheduled at 9 a.m. By 10 a.m. she had not arrived and I had not heard anything from her so I called. She said she had tried to call me but my phone was busy. I'm sure that's true but for only about 20 minutes between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. so I feel she should have made more of an effort to tell me she would be late. When she arrived she said that the job before mine took much longer than she allowed for because the homeowner did not have their junk ready to be loaded. Those are the negative aspects of this experience. The positives are that when she arrived she loaded my junk very quickly and efficiently. I was amazed at how much stuff she was able to get on her trailer. I would use this provider again.

Unfortunately, this did not proceed as expected. I noticed that some other customers have shared the similar issues with Audrey in terms of "garage clean out". Her expertise may be "housecleaning" however, garage clean out my be overstated in the big deal. My wife and I started early that Saturday morning removing everything out of the garage so it would be easier to separate. We place a tarp on the ground for trash and designated an area with new storage bins. Audrey were scheduled to arrive at 10:00 am. She called at approximately 9:35 saying she was in Cary and was asking was it raining on my side of town, if so, she wanted to reschedule it. I shared with her that is was not raining because my wife and I had already pulled out 80% of everything out of the garage. Once I confirmed that the weather was nice in Durham, she said she would be their shortly. She arrived at approximately 10:35 am in a red SUV (Chevrolet Blazer) with a trailer attached. She came in with a young girl (her daughter) to assist. She arrived and asked us "what's the game plan"? We shared with her that we had an area for trash and what items would be placed back in the new storage bins. Audrey and her daughter begin loading trash on the trailer that they brought for hauling garbage. My assumptions were that it would be a truck larger enough to disposable all of the trash. Subsequently, I ended up using my trash cans. They dusted and removed cob webs while my wife went through the storage bins. Then my wife and I started putting the storage bins back in the garage and Audrey and her daughter both helped put the storage bins and other items back in the garage as directed. At that point it was nothing else for her to do so we let them go early. In the future I would recommend a pre-assessment of the garage (scope of work) so that she comes with the right equipment and right personnel to get the job done. I did not expect to have a middle school age person working in my garage. Thank you.

King and Queen of Clean have cancelled/rescheduled 2x on me and it was never the day before or even early in the day. They just called 15 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival time to reschedule. We left work 2x to be home for this appointment. I don't want to reschedule with them a 3rd time and I want a refund. How do I go about getting this.

They arrived on time and started to work. They finished faster than I thought they would.

I purchased the Deal on a Saturday. I filled out the form for the date and called and left a message. I called again and the person who answered the phone said she did not mean to answer but wanted me to call and leave a message. I explained that I already have left a message. The woman on the phone was extremely rude. I called back a couple times and left message. I am now moving on because I have not heard from them.

THEY ARRIVED IN CORRECT TIME, LOADED THE TRUCK AND CLEANED UP THE AREA. NICE JOB PERFECT COMMUNICATION - POLITE AND NICE WORKERS AND A GOOD PRICE. I AM HAPPY AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN

It was great. They were here probably a day after we got it. They came and they did what they were paid to do and that was it. They showed up and they were done within an hour.

They emptied out the entire 2 car garage. Cleaned it from top to bottom & then they reorganized. It never looked so good! Great job! They hauled away what I didn't want. I highly recommend this team.

They're fantastic. There were no additional charges. They were excellent. I can't complain whatsoever. It was a pleasant and great deal. It was a mother and daughter team. They got rid of the stuff that I wanted. They're very polite. I would recommend them 100%. They're a triple "A." I would definitely use them in the future. I can't find fault with anything. They were just wonderful.

I am renovating my house, and as a result, I plan to replace most of my furniture. I purchased a special deal back in July when I though I would be ready for the service within a month or so. Instead, it has taken much, much longer than I expected. I called when the offer was about to expire, and was told not to worry about the expiration date, that I could use the offer when I was ready. So we set up a date and time to remove my old furniture. If I had a complaint, it would be that she arrived an hour early, but she in no way suggested I should change my plans. We went through the house and I pointed out all the items I wanted hauled away. Some of them were large and heavy and hard to remove, but everything was taken away with no damage to the walls, doors, etc. I have seen some negative reviews for these people, but I was extremely pleased with their work and will call them again if I have a need for their services.

Audrey was wonderful. She cleaned my garage and hauled off some problem |electronics and an old rug that had been worrying me for a long time. The garage was spotless, and it looked twice as big after she finished as it was before she came! She is a wonderful organizer, and she put things in places that made so much more sense than where I had them. She is an extremely hard worker, and I |recommend her without reservation. I will definitely call her again when I need |my garage cleaned. |

They were responsive when booking the appointment and prompt on service day. We were left with three bins of items because the Explorer and hitch trailer was full. | |The deal states one truck load up to 9001bs. Do not expect to get 900lbs in quantity. If you have large items that equal to 900lbs you are probably safe, but if you are looking to get rid of a large quantity of items that equal 900lbs, this may not be the deal for you.

They loaded our boxed, bagged and small furniture items to be donated to two different non-profit stores. They were friendly and efficient. I expected a bigger vehicle, but it worked out. I will use their services again.

Hauled off unwanted household goods

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was awesome. At first I did not think they were going to do a good job, because they said they had a truck, but what they had was a trailer. We had piled everything in our garage and it was two women. They got everything and I did not think they could. We had a lot of heavy stuff. They did a great job and did it fast and efficient.. I thought they did an excellent job. They called us after I purchased the deal and we scheduled when we wanted them to come.

They had to haul away all kinds of stuff like rusted yard implements, boards from a picnic table that had fallen apart, torn up pot, and old mops which we had kept multiples. It's a substitute for our garage, we have under the decks something that's maybe 20 feet by 12 feet, it's a size of a garage would function.

I confirmed the 12:00 PM, October 28th 2013 appointment on Friday, October 25 2013. At 10:45 on October 28th, while I was outside my home, dragging things out of my barn and shed, the company left a message asking me to call back at my earliest convenience. That was the entire message. There was no indication that they were going to be late or not able to come. I called back at 12:00 PM and again at 1:00 PM. No answer and no call back. I am not at all happy with Angie's List requiring me to submit a report in order to get my refund. I am rating a D, because N/A is not an option and because scheduling a time was easy.

Went great. They arrived right on time. Worked quickly and efficiently and let the garage in great shape. I would definitely do it again.

I've had a lot of trouble getting a hold of them or setting appointments. It's been months and we finally got an appointment set for today. They didn't show up for their appointment and I can't reach them. I've left several messages with no reply. I am very disappointed with their service.

They did a good job but they were very late to the appointment (2.5 hours). When I complained with the company their answer was very unprofessional and I received no apology for what happened.

The 2 ladies were nice, but they only had a 4' x 8' trailer with small sides pulled behind their truck. I was very concerned the junk load would not fit on the trailer, but surprisingly it did. I only took them about 2.5 hours to load the junk, but it was a pile about 6 - 7' high on the trailer, secured with bungee cords. I doubt they could see out the rear view mirror which was dangerous not to mention if anything had fallen off the trailer. if I hire a junk hauler again, I will make sure they have the proper vehicle to contain the haul.

They took away all of my cellar junk and for a small fee for disposal I was able to get rid of the hard to dispose of items, old paint , paint thinner etc. I would not hesitate to use them again.
